一、适用范围

本政策适用于包名为 com.xmgod.astra、版本号为 1.0.0 的 Astra 智序应用，以及本合规网页。若未来版本的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会在功能上线前更新本政策，并在依法需要时重新取得你的同意。

二、我们处理的信息

本应用不要求注册或登录，不收集姓名、手机号、电子邮箱、身份信息或设备标识。你主动输入或粘贴的笔记，以及应用在本地生成的关键词、原文摘要、知识关系、行动候选和已确认行动，仅为向你提供功能而在设备本地处理。

首次同意协议后，应用会在本地记录协议同意状态并创建明确标注的示例内容。这些数据不会上传给开发者。

三、本地存储与处理

所有笔记及分析结果仅保存在应用专属沙箱内。分析由确定性文本统计与规则算法完成，不使用生成式人工智能、云端模型或端侧大模型。相同输入和算法版本会产生可重复的结果。

四、设备权限

当前版本不声明或申请网络、文件、相机、麦克风、精确位置、联系人、通知或后台运行权限。文本仅由你通过系统输入组件手动输入或粘贴。

五、共享、转让与公开披露

本应用不上传、共享、出售或交换你的笔记及分析结果，不包含广告、统计或其他第三方 SDK。由于应用不接收这些内容，也不存在由开发者向第三方转让或公开披露应用内数据的情形，法律法规另有强制要求的除外。

六、数据保存与用户权利

数据会保存在当前设备上，直至你主动删除。你可以删除单条笔记、删除示例空间，或在“我的”页面清空全部数据；卸载应用也会移除应用沙箱内的数据。开发者无法远程查看、导出、修改或恢复这些本地内容。

七、未成年人保护

本应用不是专门面向未成年人提供的服务。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，并避免输入身份证件、联系方式、学校班级等非功能所需的敏感信息。监护人可通过清空数据或卸载应用删除本机内容。

八、安全措施

应用通过 HarmonyOS 应用沙箱隔离数据，并遵循最小权限原则。请妥善保护设备解锁凭据；设备遗失、系统环境遭到破坏或用户主动向其他应用复制内容可能带来额外风险。

九、本网页的托管

本合规网页由 GitHub Pages 静态托管。访问网页时，GitHub 可能依据其服务运行需要处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息及访问日志；该行为由网页托管方实施，不代表 Astra 智序应用联网或上传应用内数据。网页本身不使用 Cookie、统计脚本或第三方追踪器。

政策更新后，我们会在本页面标注新的日期；涉及处理目的、方式或范围的实质变化时，将通过应用更新或首次启动提示告知你。如有隐私问题、意见或请求，请发送邮件至 tomkuku588@gmail.com。

1. Scope

This Policy applies to Astra version 1.0.0, package name com.xmgod.astra, and this legal website. If a future version changes how data is handled, we will update this Policy before releasing the feature and obtain renewed consent where required by law.

2. Information We Process

The App requires no registration or sign-in and does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity information, or device identifiers. Notes you enter or paste, together with locally generated keywords, extractive summaries, knowledge relationships, action candidates, and confirmed actions, are processed on your device solely to provide the App's functions.

After first-time consent, the App stores the consent status locally and creates clearly labeled sample content. None of this data is sent to the developer.

3. Local Storage and Processing

All notes and analysis results remain in the App's private sandbox. Analysis uses deterministic text statistics and rule-based algorithms. It does not use generative AI, cloud models, or on-device large language models. The same input and algorithm version produce repeatable results.

4. Device Permissions

The current version neither declares nor requests permissions for the internet, files, camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, notifications, or background operation. Text is entered or pasted by you through the system input component.

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

The App does not upload, share, sell, or exchange your notes or analysis results and contains no advertising, analytics, or other third-party SDKs. Because the developer never receives this content, the developer cannot transfer or publicly disclose it, except where disclosure is strictly required by applicable law.

6. Retention and Your Rights

Data remains on your current device until you delete it. You can delete individual notes, remove the sample workspace, or clear all data from the “Mine” page. Uninstalling the App also removes data from its sandbox. The developer cannot remotely access, export, modify, or restore this local content.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children. Minors should use it with guidance from a guardian and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information such as identity documents, contact details, school, or class information. A guardian can remove local content by clearing data or uninstalling the App.

8. Security

The App relies on HarmonyOS application sandboxing and follows the principle of least privilege. Please protect your device credentials. Device loss, a compromised system environment, or content you intentionally copy to another app may create additional risks.

9. Hosting of This Website

This legal website is statically hosted by GitHub Pages. When you visit it, GitHub may process IP addresses, browser information, and access logs as needed to operate its service. This is performed by the hosting provider and does not mean the Astra app connects to the internet or uploads in-app data. This website uses no cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers.

10. Updates and Contact

When this Policy is updated, a new date will appear on this page. Material changes to the purpose, method, or scope of processing will also be communicated through an app update or first-launch notice. For privacy questions, comments, or requests, email tomkuku588@gmail.com.

关键词、摘要、关系和行动候选由确定性文本统计与规则算法生成，仅供个人知识整理参考，可能存在遗漏或不适用于特定语境的情况。结果不构成医疗、法律、财务、投资或其他专业建议，请勿据此作出高风险决定。

六、禁止行为

不得对应用实施破坏、干扰、恶意逆向、绕过系统安全机制或侵犯开发者及第三方合法权益的行为；不得将应用用于任何违法目的。

七、知识产权

应用的软件、界面、图形、标识和相关文档的合法权利归其权利人所有。你对自己合法输入的内容保留相应权利。本协议不构成对任一方知识产权的转让。

八、服务变更与终止

为改善功能、安全性或满足法律及应用市场要求，应用可能通过新版本调整功能或协议。你可随时停止使用并卸载应用。由于数据仅在本地，卸载前请自行确认是否仍需保留相关内容。

九、责任边界

在法律允许的范围内，应用按现状提供，不保证分析结果绝对完整、准确或适合所有用途。因设备故障、系统清理、卸载、误操作或未妥善保管设备造成的本地数据丢失，开发者无法远程恢复。法律另有强制规定的，从其规定。

本协议更新后会在本页面标注日期。涉及你重要权利义务的实质变化，将通过应用更新或首次启动提示告知；你可选择接受新协议或停止使用。

1. Scope

This Agreement applies to the Astra HarmonyOS application and its current offline knowledge-organization features. The developer is the application provider identified on the relevant app-store listing.

2. Services

The App provides offline note capture and organization, keyword extraction, extractive summaries, knowledge relationships, action candidates, and action confirmation. It does not connect to the internet, register accounts, provide cloud synchronization, or perform actions on your behalf.

3. Eligibility and Use

You must have the legal capacity appropriate to your use. Minors should use the App under a guardian's guidance. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and maintaining the security of local data.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You must have a lawful basis for content you enter and remain responsible for that content and your use. You may not use the App to record, process, or distribute unlawful information or infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy, or other lawful rights.

5. Analysis Results

Keywords, summaries, relationships, and action candidates are generated by deterministic text statistics and rules for personal organization only. They may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular context. They are not medical, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice and must not be the sole basis for high-risk decisions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not damage or disrupt the App, maliciously reverse engineer it, circumvent system security, infringe the rights of the developer or a third party, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

Lawful rights in the App's software, interface, graphics, marks, and documentation belong to their respective owners. You retain applicable rights in content you lawfully enter. This Agreement does not transfer either party's intellectual property.

8. Changes and Termination

Features or terms may change through new releases to improve functionality and security or to meet legal and app-store requirements. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Because data is local, confirm whether you need to retain any content before uninstalling.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as is and does not guarantee that analysis is fully complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. The developer cannot remotely restore local data lost through device failure, system cleanup, uninstallation, user error, or inadequate device security. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

10. Agreement Updates

An updated date will appear on this page when the Agreement changes. Material changes affecting important rights or obligations will also be communicated through an app update or first-launch notice. You may accept the new terms or stop using the App.
