一、协议确认
用户首次启动本应用时，应阅读并同意本协议及《隐私政策》。如用户不同意，本应用将退出核心功能。用户继续使用本应用，即表示已理解并接受本协议约束。
二、服务内容
工作流指挥舱面向独立开发者提供本地 Codex 工作流配套能力，帮助用户创建项目舱、整理上下文包、拆解检查点、记录执行证据、登记风险并形成复盘归档。
- 项目舱管理：创建、编辑、查看、完成、归档和恢复本地项目舱。
- 上下文管理：按需求、约束、决策、文件线索和备注整理本地上下文。
- 检查点推进：维护待办、进行中、阻塞、已验证和完成状态。
- 执行证据：记录命令摘要、人工检查、决策和验证结果。
- 风险复盘：登记风险、缓解方案和完成后的复盘摘要。
三、不包含的服务
为避免误解，当前版本不提供以下能力：官方 Codex 登录或授权、AI 对话、AI API 调用、模型生成、联网同步、账号系统、通知、日历、文件导入、多人协作、在线模板市场或付费内容。
四、本地数据与备份
本应用数据保存在用户设备本地。用户应妥善保管设备和本地数据，避免因设备损坏、误删、清除应用数据、卸载应用或系统异常导致数据丢失。当前版本不提供云端备份或跨设备同步。
五、用户行为规范
- 不得利用本应用从事违法违规、侵害他人合法权益或破坏公共秩序的行为。
- 不得以本应用名义暗示官方 Codex 授权、官方代理、官方客户端或内置 AI 能力。
- 不得破坏、绕过、逆向、干扰本应用正常运行或安全机制。
- 不得在本应用中保存侵犯他人知识产权、商业秘密、隐私权或其他合法权益的内容。
六、知识产权
本应用的界面、图标、文案、代码和相关材料依法受保护。用户在项目舱中自行输入的项目内容、上下文、证据和风险记录仍归用户或其合法权利人所有。用户应确保其输入内容来源合法。
七、费用说明
当前版本不包含应用内付费、订阅、广告或第三方支付。若后续增加收费服务，将在上线前通过应用内提示、版本说明或应用市场页面明确告知。
八、免责声明与责任限制
本应用用于辅助用户组织本地工作流，不保证用户项目一定完成，不保证执行结果正确，也不替代用户的工程判断、代码审查、安全审计或法律合规判断。因用户误操作、设备环境、系统限制、不可抗力、未备份本地数据或不当使用导致的损失，由用户自行承担。
九、协议变更与终止
我们可能根据功能调整、法规变化或应用市场要求更新本协议。重大变化会通过应用内提示、版本说明或应用市场页面告知。用户不同意更新内容的，可以停止使用并卸载本应用。

1. Agreement Confirmation
When users launch the app for the first time, they should read and agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If a user does not agree, the app will exit its core features. Continuing to use the app means the user understands and accepts this agreement.
2. Service Scope
Workflow Command Deck provides local Codex workflow support for independent developers. It helps users create project decks, organize context packs, break down checkpoints, record execution evidence, register risks and archive retrospectives.
- Project deck management: create, edit, view, complete, archive and restore local project decks.
- Context management: organize local context by requirements, constraints, decisions, file clues and notes.
- Checkpoint progress: maintain todo, in-progress, blocked, verified and completed states.
- Execution evidence: record command summaries, manual checks, decisions and verification results.
- Risk retrospectives: register risks, mitigation plans and completion summaries.
3. Services Not Included
To avoid misunderstanding, the current version does not provide official Codex sign-in or authorization, AI chat, AI API calls, model generation, online sync, account systems, notifications, calendars, file import, multi-user collaboration, online template marketplaces or paid content.
4. Local Data and Backup
App data is stored locally on the user's device. Users should protect their devices and local data to avoid loss caused by device damage, accidental deletion, clearing app data, uninstalling the app or system errors. The current version does not provide cloud backup or cross-device sync.
5. User Conduct
- Users must not use the app for illegal activities, to infringe others' rights or to disrupt public order.
- Users must not imply that the app is officially authorized by Codex, an official agent, an official client or has built-in AI capabilities.
- Users must not damage, bypass, reverse engineer or interfere with the app's normal operation or security mechanisms.
- Users must not store content in the app that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy rights or other lawful rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The app's interface, icons, copy, code and related materials are protected by law. Project content, context, evidence and risk records entered by users remain owned by the user or their lawful rights holders. Users should ensure that their input content is lawful.
7. Fees
The current version does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising or third-party payments. If paid services are added later, users will be clearly informed before release through in-app notices, release notes or app marketplace pages.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app helps users organize local workflows. It does not guarantee that projects will be completed, that execution results will be correct, or that it can replace users' engineering judgment, code review, security audit or legal compliance judgment. Users are responsible for losses caused by user error, device environment, system limitations, force majeure, missing local backups or improper use.
9. Changes and Termination
We may update this agreement according to feature changes, legal changes or app marketplace requirements. Material changes will be announced through in-app notices, release notes or app marketplace pages. Users who do not agree to updated terms may stop using and uninstall the app.
