Codex Workbench User Agreement
Welcome to Codex Workbench. Please read this agreement carefully before using the app. By using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.
一、服务内容
Codex 工作台提供本地 AI 任务管理能力，包括任务卡片、本地模板、提示词生成与复制、输出摘要记录、审查清单、任务归档、历史归档和设置入口等功能。
二、服务边界
本应用不内置 AI 模型调用，不提供 OpenAI、Codex 或其他第三方 AI 服务的账号登录、接口调用、云同步、在线模板市场或付费模板。本应用不是 Codex 官方客户端，也不代表任何第三方 AI 服务。
三、用户责任
- 用户应自行确认复制到外部 AI 工具的提示词内容、输出结果和后续使用风险。
- 用户不得利用本应用从事违法违规活动，不得记录、生成、传播或处理侵犯他人合法权益的内容。
- 用户应自行判断外部 AI 服务的使用条款、隐私政策、输出准确性和合规风险。
四、本地数据与备份
本应用的数据主要保存在用户设备本地。用户应自行负责重要任务记录、提示词、摘要和审查归档的备份。因用户误操作、卸载、系统清理、设备故障或其他非本应用可控制原因导致的数据丢失，由用户自行承担相应风险。
五、功能限制
当前版本重点覆盖本地任务闭环，不承诺云端同步、跨设备同步、AI 自动执行、在线内容更新、第三方平台结果准确性或长期数据备份能力。应用功能可能随版本迭代进行调整。
六、知识产权
本应用中的界面、文案、模板结构和功能设计受相关法律保护。用户在应用中自行输入、整理或生成的任务内容归用户自行享有相应权利，但用户应确保其内容来源和使用方式合法合规。
七、免责声明
本应用仅作为本地任务管理与提示词整理工具，不对用户复制到外部工具后的处理结果、外部 AI 输出内容、第三方服务可用性或第三方服务引起的损失承担责任。用户应对自身使用行为和决策结果负责。
八、协议变更与终止
如后续版本增加联网、账号、云同步、权限或第三方服务能力，我们将同步更新本协议和隐私政策。用户不同意更新内容时，可以停止使用或卸载本应用。

1. Services
Codex Workbench provides local AI task management features, including task cards, local templates, prompt generation and copying, output summary notes, review checklists, task archiving, history archives, and settings access.
2. Service Boundaries
The app does not include built-in AI model calls, and does not provide account login, API calls, cloud sync, online template marketplaces, or paid templates for OpenAI, Codex, or other third-party AI services. The app is not an official Codex client and does not represent any third-party AI service.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for reviewing prompts copied to external AI tools, the resulting outputs, and any subsequent use risks.
- Users must not use the app for illegal or non-compliant activities, or record, generate, distribute, or process content that infringes the lawful rights of others.
- Users should independently evaluate the terms, privacy policies, output accuracy, and compliance risks of external AI services.
4. Local Data and Backup
App data is mainly stored locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for backing up important task records, prompts, summaries, and review archives. Data loss caused by user error, uninstallation, system cleanup, device failure, or other causes outside the app's control is the user's responsibility.
5. Feature Limitations
The current version focuses on a local task workflow. It does not promise cloud sync, cross-device sync, automatic AI execution, online content updates, third-party platform result accuracy, or long-term data backup. App features may change in future versions.
6. Intellectual Property
The app's interface, text, template structure, and feature design are protected by applicable laws. Users retain applicable rights to task content they enter, organize, or generate in the app, but must ensure that their content source and use are lawful and compliant.
7. Disclaimer
The app is only a local task management and prompt organization tool. It is not responsible for processing results after users copy content to external tools, external AI outputs, third-party service availability, or losses caused by third-party services. Users are responsible for their own use and decisions.
8. Changes and Termination
If future versions add network access, accounts, cloud sync, permissions, or third-party service capabilities, we will update this agreement and the Privacy Policy. Users who do not agree with updates may stop using or uninstall the app.
