CookGPT 隐私政策
本政策说明 CookGPT 当前 HarmonyOS 版本如何处理与保护用户信息。CookGPT 是离线优先的本地菜谱推荐助手，主要提供菜谱浏览、食材匹配、推荐排序、烹饪步骤、步骤计时、周计划、购物清单、收藏记录和本地备份等辅助功能。
一、开发者与联系方式

二、信息处理范围
当前版本默认仅在用户设备本机保存以下数据：
- 收藏菜谱、做饭记录、备注和未完成的烹饪进度。
- 周计划、购物清单勾选状态和用户主动导入、导出的备份内容。
- 隐私政策与用户协议的阅读、确认或同意状态。
我们不会主动收集姓名、手机号、身份证件、通讯录、精确位置、照片、录音、摄像头内容、设备唯一标识、广告标识符或账号信息。应用内食材选择、收藏、记录和备注仅用于本机推荐、记录展示、继续烹饪和数据备份。
三、权限说明
当前版本未在应用清单中申请定位、相机、麦克风、通讯录、日历、电话、短信、通知或后台运行等敏感权限。导入和导出备份仅在用户主动点击对应按钮后调用系统文件选择器，CookGPT 不会扫描用户的其他文件。
四、数据存储、删除与保留
CookGPT 产生的数据默认存储在应用本地沙箱内，保留期限由用户自主控制。用户可在应用内查看、修改收藏和做饭记录，也可以导出备份自行保存。若需删除本地数据，可在系统设置中清除本应用数据或卸载应用；清除数据或重新安装后，应用会重新展示隐私政策与用户协议。
五、第三方共享、转让与公开披露
当前版本不接入广告、统计、推送、登录、支付或云服务 SDK，不向第三方共享、转让或公开披露用户本地使用数据。若后续版本新增涉及个人信息的新功能，我们会在功能触发前提供说明，并在需要时重新取得用户同意。
六、跨境传输
当前版本默认不将用户本地数据上传至服务器，因此不涉及个人信息跨境传输。用户主动导出的备份文件由用户自行保存、移动或分享，请妥善保管。
七、用户权利
用户可以在应用内访问、更正、导出或删除与菜谱、收藏、做饭记录、周计划、购物清单相关的本地数据。用户也可以通过系统设置清除应用数据或卸载应用，以删除本地保存的数据。如需进一步咨询，可通过联系邮箱提出请求。
八、未成年人保护
CookGPT 不以未成年人为主要服务对象。未成年人应在监护人指导和同意下使用本应用，并由监护人确认食材选择、烹饪行为和设备使用安全。
九、安全措施
CookGPT 依托 HarmonyOS 应用沙箱保存本地数据，并尽量减少数据处理范围。用户导出的备份文件离开应用沙箱后由用户自行保管，建议不要将备份文件发送给不可信人员或存放在不安全的位置。
十、政策更新
如后续版本增加账号、云同步、通知、广告、统计、第三方 SDK 或其他涉及个人信息的新能力，我们会更新本政策，并在必要时通过应用内弹窗、页面提示或重新确认等方式告知用户。

欢迎使用 CookGPT。本协议适用于 CookGPT 当前 HarmonyOS 版本。用户安装、打开或继续使用本应用，即表示已阅读并同意本协议及隐私政策；如不同意，请停止使用并卸载本应用。
一、服务内容
CookGPT 提供菜谱浏览、食材匹配、推荐排序、烹饪步骤、步骤计时、周计划、购物清单、收藏记录和本地备份等辅助功能。具体功能以用户实际安装版本为准。
二、使用边界
应用内菜谱、推荐和步骤说明仅供日常烹饪参考，不构成医疗、营养、过敏或食品安全建议。用户应自行确认食材新鲜度、个人过敏情况、厨房环境、火候控制和实际安全风险，并对实际烹饪结果负责。
三、用户行为
用户不得利用本应用从事违法、侵权、损害他人权益或破坏应用正常运行的行为。导入备份时，用户应确认文件来源可信，并自行承担导入文件覆盖本地数据的影响。
四、数据与隐私
当前版本默认在本机保存收藏、做饭记录、周计划、购物清单状态和协议同意状态。详细数据处理规则请阅读本页面的《CookGPT 隐私政策》。
五、知识产权
CookGPT 的界面、代码、产品设计和相关内容受适用法律保护。未经许可，用户不得对应用进行反向工程、恶意破解、未授权分发或用于损害开发者及第三方合法权益的行为。
六、免责声明
在法律允许的范围内，CookGPT 对因用户设备环境、系统设置、食材差异、操作不当、导入不可信备份文件或第三方原因导致的损失不承担超出法律规定范围的责任。
七、协议变更与服务调整
我们可能根据功能更新、法律法规或上架平台要求调整本协议。若后续版本增加账号、云同步、通知或其他涉及个人信息的新能力，我们会在功能触发前提供说明，并在需要时重新取得用户同意。

CookGPT Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the current HarmonyOS version of CookGPT processes and protects user information. CookGPT is a local-first recipe recommendation assistant that provides recipe browsing, ingredient matching, recommendation sorting, cooking steps, step timers, weekly plans, shopping lists, favorites, cooking records, and local backup features.
1. Developer and Contact
App name: CookGPT.
Developer / personal information processor: CookGPT developer.
Contact email: tomkuku588@gmail.com. Users may contact us through this email for privacy, data processing, or agreement questions. We will verify and process valid requests as soon as reasonably possible.
2. Scope of Information Processing
The current version stores the following data locally on the user's device by default:
- Favorite recipes, cooking records, notes, and unfinished cooking progress.
- Weekly plans, shopping list checked states, and backup content imported or exported by the user.
- Reading, confirmation, or consent status for the privacy policy and user agreement.
We do not actively collect names, phone numbers, identity documents, contacts, precise location, photos, audio recordings, camera content, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or account information. Ingredient selections, favorites, records, and notes inside the app are used only for local recommendations, record display, continued cooking, and data backup.
3. Permissions
The current version does not request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, SMS, notifications, or background running in the app manifest. Backup import and export call the system file picker only after the user actively taps the corresponding button. CookGPT does not scan the user's other files.
4. Storage, Deletion, and Retention
CookGPT data is stored in the app's local sandbox by default, and the retention period is controlled by the user. Users may view and edit favorites and cooking records in the app, and may export backups for their own storage. To delete local data, users may clear the app data in system settings or uninstall the app. After data is cleared or the app is reinstalled, the app will show the privacy policy and user agreement again.
5. Third-Party Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
The current version does not integrate advertising, analytics, push, login, payment, or cloud service SDKs, and does not share, transfer, or publicly disclose local usage data to third parties. If a future version adds new features involving personal information, we will provide notice before the feature is triggered and obtain user consent again where required.
6. Cross-Border Transfer
The current version does not upload local user data to a server by default, so it does not involve cross-border transfer of personal information. Backup files exported by the user are stored, moved, or shared by the user at their own discretion and should be protected carefully.
7. User Rights
Users may access, correct, export, or delete local data related to recipes, favorites, cooking records, weekly plans, and shopping lists in the app. Users may also clear app data in system settings or uninstall the app to delete locally stored data. Further requests may be sent to the contact email.
8. Minors
CookGPT is not primarily intended for minors. Minors should use the app under the guidance and consent of a guardian, and guardians should confirm ingredient choices, cooking behavior, and device safety.
9. Security Measures
CookGPT relies on the HarmonyOS app sandbox to store local data and minimizes the scope of data processing. Exported backup files are controlled by the user after leaving the app sandbox. Users should not send backup files to untrusted persons or keep them in insecure locations.
10. Policy Updates
If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, notifications, advertising, analytics, third-party SDKs, or other capabilities involving personal information, we will update this policy and, where necessary, notify users through in-app dialogs, page notices, or renewed confirmation.
CookGPT User Agreement
Welcome to CookGPT. This agreement applies to the current HarmonyOS version of CookGPT. By installing, opening, or continuing to use the app, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to this agreement and the privacy policy. If the user does not agree, they should stop using and uninstall the app.
1. Services
CookGPT provides recipe browsing, ingredient matching, recommendation sorting, cooking steps, step timers, weekly plans, shopping lists, favorites, cooking records, and local backup features. The actual features are subject to the installed version.
2. Use Boundaries
Recipes, recommendations, and step descriptions in the app are for daily cooking reference only and do not constitute medical, nutrition, allergy, or food safety advice. Users should independently confirm ingredient freshness, personal allergies, kitchen conditions, heat control, and actual safety risks, and are responsible for their cooking results.
3. User Conduct
Users must not use the app for illegal, infringing, harmful, or disruptive activities. When importing a backup, users should confirm that the file source is trustworthy and bear the impact of imported files overwriting local data.
4. Data and Privacy
The current version stores favorites, cooking records, weekly plans, shopping list states, and agreement consent status locally by default. Detailed data processing rules are described in the CookGPT Privacy Policy on this page.
5. Intellectual Property
The interface, code, product design, and related content of CookGPT are protected by applicable laws. Without authorization, users must not reverse engineer, maliciously crack, redistribute without permission, or use the app to harm the lawful rights of the developer or third parties.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, CookGPT is not liable beyond the scope required by law for losses caused by the user's device environment, system settings, ingredient differences, improper operation, imported untrusted backup files, or third-party reasons.
7. Agreement Changes and Service Adjustments
We may adjust this agreement according to feature updates, laws and regulations, or listing platform requirements. If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, notifications, or other capabilities involving personal information, we will provide notice before the feature is triggered and obtain user consent again where required.
