我们处理的信息主要限于你主动录入、导入或在使用过程中生成的本地数据，包括设备名称、品牌或型号、分类、价格、购买日期、折旧年限、残值、保修到期日、备注、标签、备份文件内容，以及基于上述信息在本地生成的统计结果、提醒结果和分析结果。处理这些信息的目的在于实现设备台账管理、折旧计算、成本统计、保修提醒、数据备份与恢复、页面展示及必要的故障排查。当前版本不提供账号注册或登录，不默认收集手机号、电子邮箱、精准位置信息、通讯录、短信、通话记录、相册、人脸、指纹等个人信息。
2. 信息存储地点、期限与删除
上述信息默认存储在你的设备本地应用沙箱或你主动选择的本地存储位置中，不会默认上传至开发者服务器，当前版本也不提供云同步。信息保存期限取决于你的使用行为；当你删除记录、清空数据、删除备份文件、卸载应用或重置设备后，相应数据将在可控范围内被删除。若你将备份文件另行复制到其他设备、云盘或第三方服务，相关存储行为由你自行决定并负责。
3. 权限与系统能力说明
当前版本的核心功能不以联网为前提。若你主动执行导入、导出、备份、恢复或分享操作，应用可能调用 HarmonyOS 提供的文件选择、文件保存或系统分享等能力，仅用于完成你明确发起的操作。除实现前述功能所必需的系统能力外，当前版本不以后台方式读取无关文件，也不采集通讯录、定位、相机、麦克风、短信、通话记录等信息。若后续版本新增权限或系统能力需求，我们会在相应功能触发前另行说明，并依法取得相应授权。
4. 信息共享、转让与公开披露
我们不会将你的个人信息出售、出租、交换或无关共享给第三方，也不会擅自公开披露。仅在以下情形下可能发生信息对外流转：你主动使用系统分享、导出、备份迁移等能力；法律法规、监管机关或司法机关要求；或者为保护你、其他用户或公众的人身财产安全所必需。在上述情形下，我们会在法律允许的范围内采取合理保护措施。
5. 第三方 SDK 与对外服务
除 HarmonyOS 系统基础能力外，当前版本不接入广告、商业化统计分析、第三方登录、地图、支付、推送等第三方 SDK，也不向开发者自建服务器上传你的设备记录数据。若后续版本引入相关服务，我们会同步更新本政策，并在必要时通过弹窗、页面提示或系统授权流程取得你的明示同意。
6. 信息安全
我们会采取与当前产品形态相适应的合理安全措施，包括本地化处理、最小必要原则和限制无关数据访问等，以降低信息被未经授权访问、披露、篡改或丢失的风险。但请你理解，任何技术措施都无法保证绝对安全；你仍需妥善保管自己的设备、系统账号以及自行导出的备份文件。
7. 你的权利
你可以在应用内查看、更正、补充、删除设备记录，也可以清空本地数据、恢复或删除备份文件。由于当前版本不提供在线账号系统，大部分访问、更正、删除、撤回同意等操作可以直接在本地完成；如果你对本政策、数据处理或权限使用有疑问，可以通过本政策载明的联系邮箱与我们联系。
8. 未成年人保护
若你是未满 14 周岁的未成年人，应在监护人阅读并同意本政策后使用本应用。我们不会主动面向未成年人提供定向营销，也不会明知而主动收集与本应用功能无关的未成年人个人信息。

1. What Information We Process and Why
We process only the local data that you actively enter, import, or generate while using the app, including device names, brands or models, categories, prices, purchase dates, depreciation settings, residual values, warranty dates, notes, tags, backup file contents, and the locally generated statistics, reminder results, and analysis results derived from that data. The purposes are device ledger management, depreciation calculation, cost statistics, warranty reminders, backup and restore, page display, and necessary troubleshooting. The current version does not provide account registration or login and does not collect your phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, photo library, facial data, fingerprints, or similar personal information by default.
2. Storage Location, Retention, and Deletion
The above information is stored locally on your device, within the app sandbox or in a local storage location you actively choose. It is not uploaded to any developer-operated server by default, and the current version does not provide cloud sync. Retention depends on your own actions. The relevant data can be removed when you delete records, clear app data, delete backup files, uninstall the app, or reset the device. If you copy backup files to another device, cloud drive, or third-party service, that storage is controlled by you.
3. Permissions and System Capabilities
The core features of the current version do not depend on network access. When you actively choose import, export, backup, restore, or share actions, the app may invoke HarmonyOS system capabilities such as file picking, file saving, or system sharing solely to complete the action you initiated. Other than what is necessary for those functions, the current version does not read unrelated files in the background and does not collect contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS, or call data. If a future version adds new permissions or system capabilities, we will explain them before the relevant feature is triggered and obtain authorization where required by law.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with unrelated third parties, and we do not publicly disclose it without authorization. External transfer may occur only when you actively use system sharing, export, or backup migration features; when required by laws, regulators, or courts; or when necessary to protect the personal or property safety of you, other users, or the public. In such cases, we will take reasonable protective measures within the scope permitted by law.
5. Third-Party SDKs and External Services
Except for HarmonyOS base system capabilities, the current version does not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, commercial analytics, social login, maps, payment, or push notifications, and it does not upload your device record data to any developer-operated server. If a future version introduces such services, we will update this policy and, where necessary, obtain your explicit consent through notices, dialogs, or system authorization flows.
6. Data Security
We adopt reasonable safeguards appropriate to the current product form, including local processing, the minimum-necessary principle, and limiting unnecessary data access, in order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. However, no technical measure can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for the security of your device, system accounts, and any backup files you export.
7. Your Rights
You can view, correct, supplement, or delete device records in the app, clear local data, and restore or delete backup files. Because the current version does not provide an online account system, most rights related to access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal can be exercised locally on the device. 8. Minors

4. 数据与备份责任
本应用当前版本以本地处理为主，不默认提供云同步。你可以自行决定是否导出备份、备份文件保存位置以及是否保留多份副本。因设备损坏、系统重装、误删除、误覆盖、第三方软件处理、第三方云盘同步或你自行分享文件等原因导致的数据丢失、泄露或无法恢复风险，需要由你自行承担。

7. 服务变更、中断与终止

在法律允许的范围内，本应用将尽力提供稳定服务，但不保证服务绝对连续、无错误、无中断，也不保证所有分析结果完全符合你的个体需求或决策场景。对于因网络环境、系统故障、设备兼容性、第三方服务、不可抗力、监管要求或你自身操作不当所导致的使用受限、数据风险或其他损失，开发者将在法律规定范围内承担相应责任。
9. 法律适用与争议解决
本协议的订立、生效、解释、履行及争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议或本应用使用引起的争议，双方应优先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任一方有权向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

This app is a utility tool for device depreciation records, cost tracking, warranty reminders, backup handling, and local analysis. It is intended to help you manage a personal or household device ledger. The data display and analysis results provided by the app are for reference only and do not constitute repair advice, financial advice, investment advice, official after-sales guidance, or any other professional opinion.
2. Eligibility and Basic Rules of Use
You should have the civil capacity required to accept these terms and must use the app in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and app store rules. You may not use the app to engage in illegal activities, create, store, or distribute unlawful content, interfere with the normal operation of the app, or infringe the rights of the developer or any third party through reverse engineering, cracking, tampering, bulk extraction, abusive automation, or similar conduct.
3. User Content and Accuracy Responsibility
You are responsible for any data you enter, import, back up, restore, or share through the app. You should ensure that the content you provide is truthful, lawful, necessary, and does not infringe any third party's privacy, intellectual property, or other legitimate rights. The current version of the app is primarily based on local processing and does not provide cloud sync by default. You are responsible for deciding whether to export backups, where to store backup files, and whether to keep multiple copies. Risks of data loss, disclosure, or irrecoverability caused by device damage, system reinstallation, mistaken deletion, mistaken overwrite, third-party software handling, third-party cloud sync, or your own file sharing remain your responsibility.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
