This app is a local family records management tool. The current version does not provide accounts, cloud sync, network uploads, advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs. Records and attachment metadata are stored locally on your device by default. The system file picker is opened only when you tap "Add Attachment".

2. Purposes of Use
The information above is used only for these local features:
Create, view, edit, and delete records.
Display search filters, expiration status, maintenance status, and record templates.
Display attachment lists, manage local references, and clean local data.
The app does not use your records for advertising, profiling, personalized recommendations, marketing, or purposes unrelated to local record management.
3. Permissions and System Capabilities
The app does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS, phone, or similar permissions when it starts.
The system file picker opens only when you tap "Add Attachment". You may select a file or cancel the selection.
If you cancel file selection, you can still save a record without an attachment.
If future versions add permissions or third-party SDKs, we will explain the purpose, information type, and control method in the app and in this policy.
4. Storage, Sharing, and Cross-border Transfer
Records and attachment metadata are stored locally on your device.
The app currently does not provide accounts, cloud sync, network uploads, advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs.
The app does not sell, rent, share, or transfer your records to third parties.
The app currently does not transfer personal information across borders.
5. Your Rights
You can manage your data through in-app features:
View, edit, and delete individual records.
Clean local records and attachment metadata in "Settings and Data".
Clear app data or uninstall the app through system app management.
Cleaning local data does not delete the original files in the system file manager. If you have questions about this policy or data processing, contact us through the email address at the bottom of this page.
6. Minors
The app is designed for general family records management and is not specifically directed at children. Minors should obtain guardian consent and use the app under guardian guidance. Guardians can delete relevant local records or clear app data if inappropriate information has been entered.
7. Retention and Security
Records are retained until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Please keep your device unlock credentials secure, prevent unauthorized access to your device, and back up important original files yourself.
8. Policy Updates
If this policy changes materially, or if the app adds capabilities involving personal information processing, we will update the explanation in the app or on this page and prompt you to read and confirm it when necessary.

The app provides a local family records management tool, including record creation, editing, deletion, search and filtering, maintenance status, record templates, and attachment reference management. The specific features are subject to the version you install and use.
2. Usage Rules
You should ensure that the records you enter, save, and maintain come from lawful sources, contain accurate content, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the app to save or distribute content that is illegal, infringes the lawful rights of others, harms cybersecurity, or disrupts public order.
You are responsible for confirming the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of your records.
3. Data and Backups
By default, the app stores records only on your device and does not provide cloud backup or cross-device recovery. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device failure, system restoration, or deleting records yourself may cause data loss. Please keep originals or backups of important materials yourself.
4. System Capabilities
When you use features such as "Add Attachment", the app may call the system file picker to select files. You decide whether to select a file. Canceling file selection does not affect saving records without attachments.
5. Responsibility Boundaries
The app does not judge the authenticity, validity, or professional conclusions of certificates, contracts, medical, insurance, financial, or other materials, and it does not replace legal, medical, insurance, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on your records.
6. Agreement Changes
When this agreement is updated, the app will prompt you to read and confirm it in an appropriate place. If you do not agree to this agreement or later changes, please stop using the app.
