二、服务内容
穴位图鉴为穴位与经络学习提供离线图解浏览和查询能力，主要功能包括：
- 浏览人体穴位和经络的图解内容。
- 按经络、部位或类别查找穴位，查看穴位说明。
- 在设备本地保存收藏内容和应用设置。
- 应用不联网，全部图解数据内置在应用中，安装后可完全离线使用。
三、使用规则
- 用户不得利用本应用从事违法违规活动。
- 用户不得破坏、干扰、绕过或滥用应用功能。
- 用户不得对应用进行反编译、逆向工程用于侵权用途，法律法规允许的情形除外。
- 未成年人使用本应用时，建议在家长、老师或监护人指导下进行。
四、医疗免责声明（重要）
- 本应用提供的穴位、经络及相关说明内容仅用于学习和参考，不构成医疗建议、诊断或治疗方案。
- 本应用内容不能替代执业医师、针灸师或其他专业医疗人员的判断。
- 针灸、推拿、按压等操作存在风险，用户不应依据本应用内容自行进行可能危害健康的操作；如有疾病或身体不适，请及时就医。
- 用户因使用本应用内容自行操作或延误就医造成的后果，由用户自行承担。
五、费用与账号
当前版本不提供账号系统、会员服务、云同步或应用内支付，也不展示广告。若后续版本新增收费服务或账号服务，我们会在上线前更新本协议并在相关页面说明。
六、数据存储
应用默认在设备本地保存收藏内容和设置，不上传任何数据。用户在出售、转让、维修设备或卸载应用前，应自行妥善处理本地应用数据。隐私相关内容以《隐私政策》为准。
七、免责声明
- 本应用的图解和说明内容按"现状"提供，我们会在合理范围内保持内容准确，但不对内容的绝对完整性和时效性作出保证。
- 因用户误操作、设备系统异常或其他软件环境问题导致的问题，我们将在合理范围内协助排查，但不承担超出法律规定范围的责任。
八、知识产权
本应用的界面、程序、图标、图解素材和说明文本依法受保护。用户可在个人学习和合理参考范围内使用本应用内容，不得利用本应用或相关素材从事侵权或违法活动。
九、协议变更与服务调整
我们可能因功能更新、合规要求或运营需要调整本协议。更新后的协议会通过本页面或应用内入口展示。用户不同意变更时，可停止使用本应用并删除本地数据。

2. Service Content
Acupoint Atlas provides offline diagram browsing and lookup for acupoint and meridian learning. Main features include:
- Browse diagrams of human acupoints and meridians.
- Find acupoints by meridian, body region, or category, and view acupoint descriptions.
- Save favorites and app settings locally on the device.
- The app works offline; all diagram data are embedded in the app package.
3. Usage Rules
- Users must not use the app for illegal or non-compliant activities.
- Users must not damage, interfere with, bypass, or abuse app features.
- Users must not decompile or reverse engineer the app for infringing purposes, except as permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
- Minors are advised to use the app under the guidance of a parent, teacher, or guardian.
4. Medical Disclaimer (Important)
- The acupoint, meridian, and related descriptive content provided by this app is for learning and reference only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The content of this app cannot replace the judgment of licensed physicians, acupuncturists, or other qualified medical professionals.
- Acupuncture, massage, and pressure techniques involve risks. Users must not perform operations that may endanger health based solely on this app; if you have an illness or feel unwell, seek medical care promptly.
- Users bear the consequences of self-performed operations or delayed medical care resulting from the use of this app's content.
5. Fees and Accounts
This version does not provide accounts, membership services, cloud sync, or in-app payments, and does not display ads. If paid or account services are added in a later version, this agreement will be updated before release and explained on the relevant pages.
6. Data Storage
The app saves favorites and settings locally on the device by default and does not upload any data. Users should handle local app data properly before selling, transferring, repairing, or uninstalling the app. Privacy-related matters are governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
- The diagrams and descriptive content are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate, but do not guarantee absolute completeness or timeliness.
- For issues caused by user mistakes, device system problems, or other software environment issues, we will provide reasonable assistance but will not assume liability beyond the scope required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The app interface, program, icons, diagram assets, and descriptive text are protected by law. Users may use the app content for personal learning and reasonable reference, and must not use the app or related materials for infringement or illegal activities.
9. Agreement Updates and Service Changes
We may adjust this agreement due to feature updates, compliance requirements, or operational needs. The updated agreement will be displayed on this page or through the in-app entry. Users who do not agree to changes may stop using the app and delete local data.
