Scope
This Policy applies to the Prompt template management, local rule-based optimization, scoring references, history, favorites, workflows, one-tap copy, and local backup features provided by PromptGPT / GPT Prompt Assistant on HarmonyOS devices.
The app is primarily designed for local use. It does not require account registration or login, and it does not proactively upload Prompts, templates, categories, favorites, history, workflows, drafts, or settings entered by users. If later versions add accounts, online synchronization, analytics, third-party SDKs, online model capabilities, or new system permission scenarios, this Policy should be updated before those features go live and users should be informed in the app.

System Capabilities and Permissions
The core features of the app are completed locally on the device. The current version does not involve account login, online synchronization, location, contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, SMS, call records, or similar capabilities.
When you tap "one-tap copy", the app uses the system clipboard capability to write the Prompt content you actively selected to the device clipboard, so you can paste it into other apps. The app does not read clipboard content written by other apps and does not upload clipboard content.
When you actively export or import a backup, the app uses the system file selection or save capability. Exported JSON backup files are saved only to the location you choose. During import, the app reads only the backup file you actively selected and merges recognizable data into the current local data.
Data Storage, Export, Import, and Deletion
- Local storage: Prompts, templates, categories, favorites, history, workflows, scoring summaries, drafts, and settings are stored locally on the current device.
- Data export: You can actively export a JSON backup file from the settings page. The export may include custom templates, categories, history, workflows, built-in template favorite status, and necessary settings.
- Data import: You can actively select a backup file from the settings page and merge-import it. Import attempts to preserve existing data and may skip, merge, or rename duplicate or conflicting content.
- Data deletion: You can clear history in the app or manage custom content on the relevant template, category, workflow, and other pages. You can also delete local data by clearing app data in system settings or uninstalling the app.
User Rights
You can view, copy, edit, export, or delete locally saved content within the app. Because the current version mainly uses local storage, these operations need to be completed on your device.
Third-Party Services and Information Sharing
The current version does not integrate third-party SDKs, provide account login, deliver ads, perform analytics, or provide cloud synchronization services, and it does not proactively share Prompts, templates, history, or backup content entered by users with third parties.
After you copy a Prompt to another app or platform, the relevant content is subject to that third-party app or platform's terms of service and privacy policy. Please review and evaluate them before use.
Protection of Minors
The app is mainly intended for users who have independent needs for content creation, study, or work. Minors using the app should understand Prompt content, third-party platform rules, and personal information protection requirements under guardian guidance, and should avoid entering or spreading illegal, infringing, sensitive, or otherwise inappropriate content for public sharing.
Policy Updates
If this Policy is updated, we will display the updated content through in-app entry points, release notes, or app store pages. If an update involves a major change to how personal information is processed, it should be explained before the relevant feature is enabled.

Service Content
PromptGPT / GPT Prompt Assistant is intended for content creators, operations staff, product staff, developers, and other users who need to organize Prompts. It provides Prompt template management, local rule-based optimization, scoring references, history, favorites, search, workflows, one-tap copy, and local backup capabilities.
The main features you may use include:
- Browse and apply built-in Chinese Prompt templates.
- Fill template variables and quickly replace placeholders such as
【Topic】 and 【Target audience】.
- Create, edit, categorize, search, and favorite Prompts.
- Use local rules to optimize Prompts and view scores and improvement suggestions.
- Save history and copy selected content to other apps or AI tools.
- Create and reuse multi-step Prompt workflows.
- Actively export or merge-import local JSON backup files from the settings page.
Service Boundaries
- The app provides local text organization, rule-based optimization, and scoring reference tools. It does not promise generation results from third-party AI platforms.
- Scores and suggestions in the app are heuristic references. They do not represent actual model judgment and do not guarantee that your Prompt will obtain expected results on all platforms, models, or scenarios.
- Template variable filling is a local text replacement tool. It does not automatically determine the truthfulness, legality, completeness, or applicability of content.
- The current version does not provide cloud synchronization, an account system, or automatic cross-device synchronization. Please export backups for important content in a timely manner.
User Conduct
- You must not use the app for illegal activities or to circumvent the safety, content, or usage rules of third-party platforms.
- You must not use the app to generate, save, copy, or spread content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights and interests.
- You must not enter, save, or spread content involving illegal acts, fraud, violence, pornography, hatred, discrimination, harassment, malicious code, illegal transactions, or other content that violates laws, regulations, public order, or good morals.
- You are responsible for confirming the legality, accuracy, applicability, and risks of Prompt content on the target platform, target model, and actual use scenario.
- You are responsible for backing up important content and confirming the source and trustworthiness of backup files before importing them.
Data and Backup Responsibility
The app mainly uses local storage. Data loss, duplication, overwriting, or usage abnormalities caused by user error, device failure, system cleanup, app uninstallation, corrupted backup files, importing incorrect files, or differences in third-party app processing are the user's responsibility to confirm, back up, and handle.
After you copy a Prompt to another app or platform, subsequent processing of the content, generated results, and platform rules are the responsibility of the corresponding third-party app or platform. Please read and comply with the target platform's terms of service and privacy policy before use.

- The app does not provide professional advice in high-risk fields such as medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological counseling.
- The app does not guarantee the availability, output quality, compliance, or stability of third-party AI tools, models, platforms, or services.
- Usage differences caused by third-party platform rule changes, model behavior changes, account restrictions, network environments, or user-edited content are outside the app's controllable scope.
- To the extent permitted by law, the developer will use reasonable efforts to maintain normal app operation, but does not promise that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted on all devices, system versions, or usage environments.
Agreement Changes
If this Agreement is updated, we will display the updated content through in-app entry points, release notes, or app store pages. If you do not agree with the updated content, you may stop using the app and export or delete local data as needed.
