Privacy Policy
Privacy is part of the product architecture: core processing occurs entirely on your device, the app does not request Internet permission, and your prompts are not uploaded.

1. Scope
This Policy applies to Prompt Optimizer (bundle ID: com.xmgod.promptoptimizer) and its on-device prompt analysis, classification, rule-based optimization, clarification, task correction, templates, history, result copying, and settings features on HarmonyOS devices.
The current version operates fully offline. It requires no registration or login, connects to no AI model or online API, and uploads no user input, optimized output, history, or settings.
2. Information We Process
“Process” includes reading, computing, displaying, and storing information on your device. The current version handles the following:

3. System Capabilities and Permissions
- Network: the app does not request
ohos.permission.INTERNET, and its core features do not access the Internet. - Clipboard: the app writes the current result to the system clipboard only after you tap Copy. It does not automatically read the clipboard.
- Sensitive permissions: the current version does not use location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, calendar, SMS, call logs, file pickers, or similar sensitive capabilities.
4. Local Storage, Retention, and Deletion
- History uses HarmonyOS local relational storage; language and history-saving settings use local preferences.
- You can disable “Save history” in Settings. This stops new records after future successful optimizations but does not automatically remove earlier records.
- You can delete an individual history item or clear all history in the app. Clearing all history requires confirmation.
- You may also delete local app data through system settings or by uninstalling the app.
- The current version has no cloud copy or cross-device recovery. Confirm that you no longer need the content before clearing it or uninstalling.
5. Your Rights
In the app, you can view, copy, and delete local history, change language and optimization preferences, and disable future history saving. Because the app has no account or server, we cannot remotely read, recover, or delete content on your device; those actions must be performed on that device.
6. Third-Party Services and Sharing
The current version integrates no third-party SDKs and provides no advertising, analytics, push notifications, payments, account login, cloud synchronization, or online AI model service. It does not proactively share your prompts, optimized output, history, or settings with any third party.
Once you intentionally copy content into another app, website, or AI service, later processing is governed by that third party's privacy policy and terms.
7. Minors
Minors should use the app under guardian guidance. They should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into prompts or using optimized output to create, store, or distribute illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content.
8. Policy Updates
If a future version adds connectivity, accounts, online models, analytics, third-party SDKs, or new permission scenarios, we will update this Policy before those features launch and notify users through an in-app entry, release notes, or the app-store page. An updated Policy applies from its stated effective date.
