1. 接受协议

本协议是你与《提示词优化器》在华为应用市场页面公示的开发者（实名认证主体）之间，关于下载、安装和使用《提示词优化器》（包名：com.xmgod.promptoptimizer）的约定。协议中的应用名称、开发者和运营者信息均以华为应用市场当前公示信息为准。你开始使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议及《隐私政策》。如不同意，请停止使用并卸载应用。

2. 服务内容

本应用是一款完全离线的提示词整理与规则化优化工具，主要提供：

• 输入和分析 Prompt，识别任务类型并提示可能缺失的信息；
• 依据本地确定性规则进行优化、补充信息、任务纠正和结果调整；
• 浏览和使用内置只读模板；
• 按用户设置在本机保存、查看、删除或清空历史快照；
• 将用户选定的结果写入系统剪贴板；
• 管理语言、优化强度、输出风格等本地偏好。

具体功能以当前实际安装版本为准。

3. 服务边界

• 本应用不调用在线 AI 模型，输出来自本地规则与模板，不代表人工专家意见或任何第三方模型的判断。
• 分类、评分、缺失项分析和改写建议属于启发式参考，不能保证在所有模型、平台或场景中获得预期结果。
• 本应用不替用户验证输入或输出内容的真实性、准确性、完整性、合法性、适用性与时效性。
• 当前版本不提供账号、云同步、在线备份、跨设备恢复或第三方平台直接发布功能。

4. 用户行为规范

使用本应用时，你不得：

• 从事违反适用法律法规、公序良俗或第三方平台规则的活动；
• 制作、保存或传播涉及欺诈、暴力、色情、仇恨、歧视、骚扰、恶意代码、非法交易等违法有害内容；
• 侵犯他人的知识产权、隐私权、个人信息权益、名誉权、商业秘密或其他合法权益；
• 利用本应用绕过其他服务的安全措施、访问控制、内容政策或使用限制；
• 对应用进行法律法规禁止的反向工程、恶意修改、攻击或干扰。

你应自行确认 Prompt 及其优化结果在目标平台和实际场景中的合规性，并对使用行为与后果承担责任。

5. 用户内容与知识产权

你对自行输入的 Prompt 及其中合法拥有的内容保留相应权利，并应保证有权处理这些内容。本应用仅按你的操作在设备本地进行处理，不因处理而取得用户内容的所有权。

应用软件、界面、内置模板、规则、文档、商标和其他由运营者提供的内容，其知识产权归运营者或相应权利人所有。未经许可，不得将其用于超出正常使用范围的复制、分发、出租、转售或衍生产品开发。

6. 本地数据与设备责任

历史和设置只保存在你的设备上。你可以关闭后续历史保存、删除单条历史或清空全部历史。因误操作、设备损坏、系统清理、应用卸载、系统升级、存储故障或其他非运营者可控原因造成的数据丢失、损坏或无法恢复，运营者在法律允许范围内不承担责任。

你将结果复制到其他应用、网站或 AI 服务后，内容的后续处理、保存和生成结果由相应第三方负责，请遵守其服务条款和隐私政策。

7. 免责声明与责任限制

• 本应用不提供医疗、法律、金融、投资、心理咨询、安全决策等高风险领域的专业意见。重要事项应咨询有资质的专业人士。
• 运营者会合理维护应用，但不保证在所有设备、系统版本或使用环境中永久无错误、不中断或完全满足特定目的。
• 对于用户内容、第三方平台规则变化、第三方模型输出、用户自行编辑或错误使用造成的损失，运营者在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
• 任何责任限制均不排除或限制适用法律规定不得排除或限制的责任。

8. 服务与协议变更、终止

我们可能因功能调整、合规要求或维护需要更新应用与本协议，并通过应用内入口、版本说明、应用市场页面或本页面公布。重大变更将在合理范围内予以提示。你不同意更新内容时，可以停止使用、清理本地数据并卸载应用。

如用户严重违反本协议或法律法规，我们有权在法律允许范围内停止提供相关版本或服务。应用停止维护不影响用户通过设备系统卸载应用和清除本地数据。

9. 适用法律与联系我们

本协议的订立、履行和解释适用中华人民共和国法律。发生争议时，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

1. Acceptance

This Agreement is between you and the verified developer identified on the Huawei AppGallery listing for Prompt Optimizer / 提示词优化器, concerning the download, installation, and use of Prompt Optimizer (bundle ID: com.xmgod.promptoptimizer). The app name and developer/operator identity in this Agreement follow the current information published on Huawei AppGallery. By using the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the app.

2. Service

The app is a fully offline tool for prompt organization and rule-based optimization. Its main features are:

• Enter and analyze prompts, identify task types, and highlight potentially missing information;
• Optimize, clarify, correct tasks, and adjust results using deterministic local rules;
• Browse and use built-in read-only templates;
• Depending on your settings, save, view, delete, or clear history snapshots on your device;
• Write a selected result to the system clipboard; and
• Manage local preferences such as language, optimization strength, and output style.

Available features depend on the version installed on your device.

3. Service Boundaries

• The app does not call an online AI model. Output comes from local rules and templates and is not expert advice or a third-party model's judgment.
• Classification, scoring, missing-information analysis, and rewriting suggestions are heuristic references. They do not guarantee expected results with every model, platform, or scenario.
• The app does not verify the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, or timeliness of user input or output.
• The current version provides no account, cloud synchronization, online backup, cross-device recovery, or direct publishing to third-party platforms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the app, you must not:

• Engage in conduct that violates applicable law, public order, good morals, or third-party platform rules;
• Create, store, or distribute illegal or harmful content involving fraud, violence, pornography, hate, discrimination, harassment, malicious code, or illegal transactions;
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, personal-information rights, reputation, trade secrets, or other lawful rights;
• Use the app to bypass another service's security measures, access controls, content policy, or usage restrictions; or
• Reverse engineer, maliciously modify, attack, or interfere with the app where prohibited by law.

You are responsible for confirming the compliance of prompts and optimized results on the target platform and in the actual context, and for your use and its consequences.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain applicable rights in prompts you enter and content you lawfully own, and you must have the right to process that content. The app processes it locally according to your actions and does not acquire ownership of user content through that processing.

Intellectual-property rights in the software, interface, built-in templates, rules, documentation, trademarks, and other operator-provided content belong to the operator or applicable rightsholders. Without permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, rent, resell, or use them to develop derivative products beyond normal app use.

6. Local Data and Device Responsibility

History and settings are stored only on your device. You may disable future history saving, delete an item, or clear all history. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or inability to recover caused by user error, device damage, system cleanup, app uninstallation, operating-system updates, storage failure, or other circumstances outside the operator's control.

After you copy a result to another app, website, or AI service, that third party is responsible for later processing, storage, and generated output. Follow its terms and privacy policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The app does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, security, or other high-risk advice. Consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
• The operator will reasonably maintain the app but does not guarantee permanent error-free or uninterrupted operation on every device, system version, or environment, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses caused by user content, changes to third-party platform rules, third-party model output, user edits, or misuse.
• No limitation excludes or restricts liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update the app and this Agreement due to feature changes, compliance requirements, or maintenance needs, and publish updates through an in-app entry, release notes, the app-store page, or this page. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible. If you disagree, you may stop using the app, clear local data, and uninstall it.

If a user materially violates this Agreement or applicable law, we may stop providing the relevant version or service to the extent permitted by law. Discontinuing maintenance does not prevent the user from uninstalling the app and clearing local data through the device system.

9. Governing Law and Contact

This Agreement is formed, performed, and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution to any dispute; if that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction according to law.
