状态盲盒隐私政策
一、基本原则
状态盲盒坚持本地优先和最小必要原则。当前版本不接入网络请求，不上传用户数据，不使用第三方统计、广告或追踪 SDK，不提供账号登录、云同步、在线备份或跨设备同步服务。
二、我们处理的数据
为提供应用内功能，状态盲盒会在当前设备本地处理以下数据：
- 状态记录：id、日期、表情、背景、装饰、状态文案，用于首页展示、历史日历回看和桌面卡片展示。
- 行为统计：保存日期、保存时间、使用过的表情、随机点击次数，用于本地成就解锁、人格标签计算和玩法进度展示。
- 成就数据：已解锁成就、解锁时间和进度，用于展示本地成就列表。
- 情绪扭蛋数据：情绪碎片数量、抽取次数、已拥有奖励、已装备奖励，用于本地扭蛋玩法和素材解锁。
- 人格数据：当前人格标签、等级、描述、计算时间和历史变化，用于展示本地人格分析结果。
- 卡片看板数据：卡片类型、创建时间和更新时间，用于保存你的看板卡片列表。
- 显示设置：是否显示装饰、是否启用紧凑模式、截图预览模式等，用于保存你的界面偏好。
- 协议与引导状态：协议版本号、确认时间和新手引导完成状态，用于判断是否需要再次展示协议或引导。
- 桌面卡片标识：系统分配的卡片标识和尺寸，用于在你保存状态后刷新桌面卡片。
三、处理目的与方式
上述数据仅用于提供状态生成、本地保存、历史回看、桌面卡片刷新、成就、扭蛋、人格标签、卡片看板和显示偏好等功能。数据通过 HarmonyOS 本地 Preferences 写入当前设备，不会传输到服务器，也不会被开发者远程访问。
四、系统权限
当前版本不申请通讯录、定位、相机、麦克风、相册、蓝牙、日历等敏感权限。若后续版本新增权限，将在本政策中说明权限用途，并在系统授权弹窗中征得你的同意。
五、第三方 SDK、共享、转让与公开披露
当前版本不集成第三方统计、广告、支付、社交登录或追踪 SDK，不向任何服务器上传数据，不与第三方共享、转让或公开披露你的本地状态记录和玩法数据。如法律法规或监管要求需要处理相关事项，我们将依法处理并在必要时更新说明。
六、数据保存与删除
上述数据会保存在当前设备中，直至你清除应用数据或卸载应用。你可以通过系统设置清除应用数据，或卸载应用来删除本机保存的状态记录、设置、协议确认信息和玩法数据。由于应用不提供云同步，清除或卸载后数据通常无法恢复。
七、你的权利
你可以在应用内查看状态记录、成就、扭蛋、人格标签和看板内容，也可以通过系统设置清除应用本地数据。由于当前版本不提供账号系统和服务器存储，我们无法在云端为你查询、导出或恢复数据。如你对本地数据处理有疑问，可以通过本政策载明的邮箱联系我们。
八、未成年人保护
本应用面向一般用户提供情绪记录工具，不主动收集未成年人身份信息。未成年人使用本应用前，应在监护人指导下阅读并同意本政策。
九、政策更新
如隐私政策发生实质变更，应用会在启动时再次展示协议，并在你同意后继续使用。若后续新增网络请求、账号系统、云同步、支付、广告、第三方 SDK 或敏感权限，本政策将同步更新。

状态盲盒用户协议
一、协议范围
欢迎使用状态盲盒。状态盲盒是一个纯本地运行的情绪状态生成器，用于生成、保存和回看每日状态卡片。你在点击“同意并继续”前，应完整阅读并理解本协议及《隐私政策》。
二、服务内容
- 你可以在应用内选择表情、背景、装饰和本地生成的文案，生成今日状态卡片。
- 你可以将状态记录保存到本机本地存储，并在日历页查看最近记录。
- 你可以使用成就、情绪扭蛋、人格标签、卡片看板和桌面卡片等本地功能。
- 桌面卡片仅用于展示本机保存的今日状态，不会主动上传数据。
三、用户行为规范
你应合法、合理地使用本应用，不得利用本应用制作、保存或传播违法违规内容，不得进行破坏应用运行、逆向攻击、恶意篡改数据等行为。
四、本地数据与账号说明
状态盲盒不提供账号登录、云同步、在线备份或跨设备同步服务。你保存的状态记录、偏好设置和玩法进度仅保存在当前设备。卸载应用、清除应用数据、系统恢复或设备故障可能导致数据丢失，请自行承担本地数据管理风险。
五、付费与网络说明
当前版本不包含在线付费、会员订阅、广告展示、第三方统计或网络请求功能。若后续版本新增相关能力，将在功能上线前更新说明并按系统规则征得你的确认。
六、知识产权
应用名称、界面设计、图标、基础素材和程序代码受相关法律保护。你在应用中生成的个人状态内容归你自行使用，但不得以侵犯他人权益或违反法律法规的方式使用。
七、服务变更
为优化体验或满足合规要求，本应用可能对功能、界面、协议内容进行更新。协议更新后，应用会在必要时再次提示你阅读并确认。
八、免责声明
本应用生成的情绪文案仅用于日常记录和娱乐表达，不构成医学、心理咨询、诊断或治疗建议。如你存在持续情绪困扰，请及时寻求专业帮助。

StatusBox Privacy Policy
1. Basic Principles
StatusBox follows local-first and data-minimization principles. The current version does not make network requests, upload user data, use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, or provide account login, cloud sync, online backup, or cross-device sync services.
2. Data We Process
To provide app features, StatusBox processes the following data locally on the current device:
- Status records: id, date, emoji, background, decoration, and status text, used for home display, history calendar review, and home-screen card display.
- Behavior statistics: saved date, saved time, used emojis, and random button click count, used for local achievements, personality label calculation, and gameplay progress display.
- Achievement data: unlocked achievements, unlock time, and progress, used to display the local achievement list.
- Mood capsule data: mood shard count, draw count, owned rewards, and equipped rewards, used for local capsule gameplay and material unlocking.
- Personality data: current personality label, level, description, calculation time, and historical changes, used to display local personality analysis results.
- Board card data: card type, creation time, and update time, used to save your board card list.
- Display settings: whether decorations are shown, whether compact mode is enabled, screenshot preview mode, and similar preferences.
- Agreement and onboarding state: agreement version, confirmation time, and onboarding completion state, used to decide whether the app needs to show agreements or onboarding again.
- Home-screen card identifiers: system-assigned card identifiers and sizes, used to refresh home-screen cards after you save a status.
3. Purposes and Methods
The data above is used only to provide status generation, local saving, history review, home-screen card refresh, achievements, capsule gameplay, personality labels, board cards, and display preferences. Data is written to HarmonyOS Preferences on the current device. It is not transmitted to servers and cannot be remotely accessed by the developer.
4. System Permissions
The current version does not request sensitive permissions such as contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth, or calendar. If a future version adds permissions, we will explain the purposes in this policy and request your consent through the system permission prompt.
5. Third-Party SDKs, Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
The current version does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, payment, social login, or tracking SDKs. It does not upload data to any server and does not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your local status records or gameplay data to third parties. If laws, regulations, or regulators require related handling, we will process it lawfully and update this policy where necessary.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
The data above is stored on the current device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. You can delete locally stored status records, settings, agreement confirmations, and gameplay data by clearing app data in system settings or uninstalling the app. Because the app does not provide cloud sync, data usually cannot be restored after clearing or uninstalling.
7. Your Rights
You can view status records, achievements, capsule data, personality labels, and board content inside the app, and you can clear local app data through system settings. Because the current version does not provide accounts or server storage, we cannot query, export, or restore data for you in the cloud. 8. Protection of Minors
This app provides an emotion-recording tool for general users and does not actively collect minors' identity information. Minors should read and agree to this policy under guardian guidance before using the app.
9. Policy Updates
If this Privacy Policy materially changes, the app will show the agreement again on startup and continue only after you agree. If future versions add network requests, accounts, cloud sync, payment, advertising, third-party SDKs, or sensitive permissions, this policy will be updated accordingly.

StatusBox User Agreement
1. Scope
Welcome to StatusBox. StatusBox is a local emotion status generator used to generate, save, and review daily status cards. Before tapping "Agree and Continue", you should read and understand this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
2. Services
- You can select emojis, backgrounds, decorations, and locally generated text to create today's status card.
- You can save status records to local storage on your device and view recent records on the calendar page.
- You can use local features including achievements, mood capsules, personality labels, board cards, and home-screen cards.
- Home-screen cards are used only to display today's status saved on the device and will not actively upload data.
3. User Conduct
You should use the app lawfully and reasonably. You may not use the app to create, store, or distribute illegal content, disrupt app operation, perform reverse attacks, or maliciously tamper with data.
4. Local Data and Account Notice
StatusBox does not provide account login, cloud sync, online backup, or cross-device sync services. Your saved status records, preferences, and gameplay progress are stored only on the current device. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, restoring the system, or device failure may cause data loss, and you are responsible for managing local data risk.
5. Payment and Network Notice
The current version does not include online payment, membership subscription, advertising, third-party analytics, or network request features. If future versions add these capabilities, we will update the relevant notices before launch and request your confirmation according to system rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The app name, interface design, icons, base materials, and program code are protected by applicable laws. Personal status content you generate in the app is for your own use, but you may not use it in ways that infringe others' rights or violate laws and regulations.
7. Service Changes
To improve the experience or meet compliance requirements, the app may update features, interfaces, or agreement content. After an agreement update, the app will prompt you to read and confirm again where necessary.
