二、服务内容
小学口算题卡为小学数学练习提供本地口算出题、题单预览、参考答案、竖式和脱式步骤、历史题单、常用模板、错题训练以及导出分享能力。
- 按小学阶段预设或手动参数生成口算题单。
- 生成整数、分数、整数和分数混合运算、竖式和脱式计算题。
- 查看题单、参考答案和步骤，用于家长、老师或学生自查。
- 在设备本地保存历史题单、常用模板、错题记录和设置。
- 基于错题记录进行复练。
- 主动分享文本或图片，或生成 Word 题单和 PDF 基础打印文件。
三、使用规则
- 用户不得利用本应用从事违法违规活动。
- 用户不得破坏、干扰、绕过或滥用应用功能。
- 用户不得将导出的题单用于侵犯他人权益、违反学校或机构规则的用途。
- 家长、老师或监护人应根据学生实际学习情况选择合适难度，避免过量练习。
- 未成年人使用本应用时，建议在家长、老师或监护人指导下进行。
四、费用与账号
当前版本不提供账号系统、会员服务、在线班级管理、远程作业分发、云同步或应用内支付。若后续版本新增收费服务或账号服务，我们会在上线前更新本协议并在相关页面说明。
五、数据与导出
应用默认在设备本地保存题单、模板、错题记录和设置。用户应自行管理设备和导出文件，并在出售、转让、维修设备或卸载应用前妥善处理本地应用数据。隐私相关内容以《隐私政策》为准。
六、免责声明
- 本应用生成的题目、答案和步骤用于学习练习辅助，不替代老师、家长或专业教育机构的教学判断。
- 用户在正式教学、考试、商业印刷或公开分发前，应自行复核题目、答案和排版。
- 因用户误操作、设备系统异常、系统分享目标异常或外部文件打开工具导致的问题，我们将在合理范围内协助排查，但不承担超出法律规定范围的责任。
- 当前 PDF 为基础打印实现，主要用于数字、英文字母和运算符展示；中文标题、标签和完整排版以应用内预览、图片或 Word 题单为准。
七、知识产权
本应用的界面、程序、图标、说明文本和相关素材依法受保护。用户使用本应用生成的题单内容，可在合理学习、教学、家庭辅导和自用范围内使用；不得利用本应用或相关素材从事侵权或违法活动。
八、协议变更与服务调整
我们可能因功能更新、合规要求或运营需要调整本协议。更新后的协议会通过本页面或应用内入口展示。用户不同意变更时，可停止使用本应用并删除本地数据。

2. Service Content
Student Arithmetic Practice provides local arithmetic worksheet generation, worksheet preview, reference answers, vertical and step-by-step solutions, worksheet history, reusable templates, wrong-question practice, and export or sharing features for elementary math practice.
- Generate arithmetic worksheets by elementary-grade presets or custom parameters.
- Generate integer, fraction, mixed integer and fraction, vertical, and step-by-step calculation questions.
- View worksheets, reference answers, and solution steps for parent, teacher, or student review.
- Save worksheet history, templates, wrong-question records, and settings locally on the device.
- Practice again based on wrong-question records.
- Share text or images, or generate Word worksheets and basic PDF print files.
3. Usage Rules
- Users must not use the app for illegal or non-compliant activities.
- Users must not damage, interfere with, bypass, or abuse app features.
- Users must not use exported worksheets to infringe others' rights or violate school or organization rules.
- Parents, teachers, or guardians should choose appropriate difficulty based on the student's actual learning situation and avoid excessive practice.
- Minors are advised to use the app under the guidance of a parent, teacher, or guardian.
4. Fees and Accounts
This version does not provide accounts, membership services, online class management, remote assignment distribution, cloud sync, or in-app payments. If paid services or account services are added in a later version, this agreement will be updated before release and explained on the relevant pages.
5. Data and Export
The app saves worksheets, templates, wrong-question records, and settings locally on the device by default. Users should manage their devices and exported files, and handle local app data properly before selling, transferring, repairing, or uninstalling the app. Privacy-related matters are governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
- Questions, answers, and solution steps generated by the app are learning aids and do not replace the teaching judgment of teachers, parents, or educational institutions.
- Users should review questions, answers, and layout before formal teaching, exams, commercial printing, or public distribution.
- For issues caused by user mistakes, device system problems, system share target problems, or external file-opening tools, we will provide reasonable assistance but will not assume liability beyond the scope required by law.
- The current PDF output is a basic print implementation mainly for numbers, English letters, and operators. Chinese titles, labels, and full layout should follow the in-app preview, image output, or Word worksheet.
7. Intellectual Property
The app interface, program, icons, explanatory text, and related materials are protected by law. Worksheet content generated by users may be used for reasonable learning, teaching, family tutoring, and personal use. Users must not use the app or related materials for infringement or illegal activities.
8. Agreement Updates and Service Changes
We may adjust this agreement due to feature updates, compliance requirements, or operational needs. The updated agreement will be displayed on this page or through the in-app entry. Users who do not agree to changes may stop using the app and delete local data.
