二、服务内容
班主任管家为班主任提供本地班级管理工作台，全部核心功能在设备本地完成，不依赖网络。
- 班级与学生管理：手动新增学生，或通过 CSV/Excel 文件导入学生名单并批量建档。
- 考勤管理：发起点名、记录迟到/请假等异常、完成考勤统计。
- 课堂点评与事件时间线：记录学生表现，自动生成统一时间线便于回查。
- 作业记录与完成情况跟踪。
- 班级三视图：座位表、名单、小组视图共享同一份数据。
- 统计汇总：学生时间线、班级统计和周总结自动聚合。
- 数据备份与恢复：创建本地备份文件，用于换机或数据恢复。
- 隐私保护：应用锁（生物识别验证机主身份）与后台隐私遮罩（切后台隐藏应用预览）。
三、使用规则
- 本应用面向教师本人使用，用户应使用自己的设备并妥善保管锁屏凭据。
- 用户不得利用本应用从事违法违规活动。
- 用户录入学生信息前，应确保符合所在学校管理规定，且仅用于合法的教育管理目的；不得将学生个人信息用于本应用功能之外的用途。
- 用户不得破坏、干扰、绕过或滥用应用功能，包括应用锁和隐私遮罩等安全能力。
- 用户不得将本应用的数据、备份文件或导出内容用于侵犯他人权益的用途，或向无关第三方传播。
四、费用与账号
当前版本不提供账号系统、会员服务、在线协作、家长端、云同步或应用内支付。若后续版本新增收费服务或账号服务，我们会在上线前更新本协议并在相关页面说明。
五、数据与备份
应用在设备本地保存全部班级与学生数据。用户应自行管理设备和备份文件：定期备份重要数据、妥善保管备份文件、在出售/转让/维修设备或卸载应用前先处理本地数据。因用户未备份或备份文件丢失导致的数据无法找回，我们无法负责。隐私相关内容以《隐私政策》为准。
六、免责声明
- 本应用提供班级管理辅助工具，不替代学校的教务系统或教师的教育管理判断。
- 统计与汇总结果基于用户录入的数据生成，用户在正式使用统计结果（如上报、公示）前应自行核对。
- 因设备故障、系统异常、用户误操作或未及时备份导致的数据丢失，我们将在合理范围内协助排查，但不承担超出法律规定范围的责任。
- 生物识别验证由系统提供，极端情况下可能存在误识别或不可用，用户可按系统提示改用锁屏密码进入。
七、知识产权
本应用的界面、程序、图标、说明文本和相关素材依法受保护。用户录入的数据归用户所有，用户可在合法教育管理范围内使用；不得利用本应用或相关素材从事侵权或违法活动。
八、协议变更与服务调整
我们可能因功能更新、合规要求或运营需要调整本协议。更新后的协议会通过本页面或应用内入口展示。用户不同意变更时，可停止使用本应用并在删除本地数据后卸载应用。

Welcome to Class Teacher Workbench. Please read this agreement before using the app. By using the app, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this agreement.

2. Service Content
Class Teacher Workbench provides a local classroom management workbench for head teachers. All core features run locally on the device and do not require a network connection.
- Class and student management: add students manually, or import rosters in bulk from CSV/Excel files.
- Attendance management: start roll calls, record exceptions such as lateness or leave, and complete attendance statistics.
- Classroom comments and an event timeline: record student performance and automatically build a unified timeline for review.
- Homework records and completion tracking.
- Three class views: seating chart, roster, and group views share the same data.
- Statistics: student timelines, class statistics, and weekly summaries aggregate automatically.
- Data backup and restore: create local backup files for device migration or data recovery.
- Privacy protection: app lock (biometric owner verification) and a background privacy shield (hides the app preview in the recent-tasks screen).
3. Usage Rules
- The app is intended for the teacher's own use on the teacher's own device; keep the lock credentials safe.
- Users must not use the app for illegal or non-compliant activities.
- Before entering student information, users must ensure compliance with their school's rules and use the information only for lawful education management purposes; student personal information must not be used outside the app's features.
- Users must not damage, interfere with, bypass, or abuse app features, including the app lock and the privacy shield.
- Users must not use the app's data, backup files, or exported content to infringe others' rights or distribute them to unrelated third parties.
4. Fees and Accounts
This version does not provide accounts, membership services, online collaboration, a parent portal, cloud sync, or in-app payments. If paid services or account services are added in a later version, this agreement will be updated before release and explained on the relevant pages.
5. Data and Backup
The app saves all class and student data locally on the device. Users should manage their devices and backup files: back up important data regularly, keep backup files safe, and handle local data before selling, transferring, or repairing the device, or uninstalling the app. We cannot be responsible for data that cannot be recovered because the user did not back up or lost the backup files. Privacy-related matters are governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
- The app is a classroom management aid and does not replace the school's academic affairs system or the teacher's own educational judgment.
- Statistics and summaries are generated from user-entered data; users should verify results before formal use (such as reporting or publishing).
- For data loss caused by device failures, system problems, user mistakes, or missing backups, we will provide reasonable assistance but will not assume liability beyond the scope required by law.
- Biometric verification is provided by the operating system and may occasionally fail or be unavailable; users can follow the system prompt to enter with the screen-lock password instead.
7. Intellectual Property
The app interface, program, icons, explanatory text, and related materials are protected by law. Data entered by users belongs to the users and may be used within the scope of lawful education management. Users must not use the app or related materials for infringement or illegal activities.
8. Agreement Updates and Service Changes
We may adjust this agreement due to feature updates, compliance requirements, or operational needs. The updated agreement will be displayed on this page or through the in-app entry. Users who do not agree to changes may stop using the app, delete local data, and uninstall it.
