This Privacy Policy applies to the 百宝箱DeskHarbor HarmonyOS app (the “App”). The App is an independent personal productivity and local workflow tool. It is not affiliated with, partnered with, authorized by, or endorsed by DeepSeek.

02 / Data inventoryData handled by the App
To provide task and workflow functions on your device, the App handles:
- Task titles, goals, background, constraints, expected outputs, and tags that you enter;
- Built-in, created, or imported workflows and their inputs;
- Session events, checkpoints, run states, and artifacts produced by the local simulation engine;
- Preferences such as theme, reduced motion, and execution speed, plus your agreement status.
The App does not actively collect phone numbers, location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or account information. You may choose to enter personal information in task text, so treat task content as private and manage it carefully.
03 / StorageStorage location and retention
This data is stored in the App's local on-device sandbox, including its local database, preferences, and sandbox files. It is not transmitted to any server.
Tasks and related run data remain until you delete the task, clear business data, or uninstall the App. Preferences and agreement status remain until you restore the initial state or uninstall the App. Where applicable, operating-system backups are controlled by your device and system settings.
04 / PermissionsPermissions, import, and export
The current version does not request network, camera, microphone, location, contacts, notifications, background operation, or broad storage permissions.
Import and export use the system file picker only after you initiate the action and only for the file or location you select. Copy and system sharing are also triggered only by your action. Exported files may contain private content you entered; choose secure storage locations and recipients.
05 / Third partiesSharing, transfer, and third-party SDKs
The App does not upload, share, sell, or transfer your task or workflow data to developer servers or third parties. It contains no advertising, analytics, account, online model, payment, or push SDKs and performs no cross-border data transfers.
If a future version adds connectivity, third-party services, or new processing purposes, we will update this policy first and obtain renewed consent where required by law.
06 / User controlHow you control your data
You can view, edit, export, and delete tasks and workflows in the App. Under “Me → Data Management,” you can clear all business data or restore the initial state. You can also withdraw consent to this policy. Withdrawal returns the App to the agreement page but does not automatically delete existing local business data; you can clear it separately.
Uninstalling the App will normally remove its local sandbox data. You may also contact us at the address below with questions or requests concerning data handling.
07 / SecurityLocal security measures
The App relies on the HarmonyOS application sandbox for isolation. Workflows cannot execute scripts, system commands, network requests, or unregistered tools. Imported content is checked for size, structure, and allowed tools. Diagnostic logs do not record task text, artifact content, external file content, or full absolute paths.
No technical measure can provide absolute security. Use a reliable device lock and safeguard exported files that contain sensitive content.
08 / ChildrenChildren's privacy
The product is primarily intended for knowledge workers and developers. It is not directed at children and does not identify users by age. If a guardian discovers that a child entered inappropriate information, they may delete it, clear App data, uninstall the App, or contact us.
09 / UpdatesChanges to this policy
If product functions, processing purposes, data types, permissions, third-party SDKs, or applicable rules materially change, we will update the version and effective date and provide a prominent notice in the App or on this public page. Where renewed consent is legally required, core functions will remain unavailable until you agree.
