01 / PartiesParties and acceptance
This agreement is between you and the developer/operator of 百宝箱DeskHarbor. The developer/operator is the verified identity displayed on the applicable app marketplace listing.
You may use core functions after reading the documents and selecting “Agree and continue.” If you do not accept this agreement or the related Privacy Policy, you may decline and exit, stop using the App, or uninstall it.
02 / ServicesServices provided by the App
The App provides local task management, workflow creation and import, safe workflow execution, checkpoint recovery, output organization, import and export, and data management. All processing takes place on your device.
Results in the current version are generated by a deterministic local simulation engine using predefined rules. They are not outputs from a real large language model. The App provides no account, web search, online model, cloud sync, advertising, or payment service.
03 / RulesYour responsibilities
You are responsible for content that you enter, import, store, share, or export and for how you use it. You must comply with applicable law. You may not use the App to process or distribute unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, or attempt to inject scripts, system commands, path traversal, network requests, or other malicious content into workflows.
The App rejects user scripts, system commands, dynamic code, network requests, and unregistered tools, but these technical restrictions do not remove your responsibility to use the App lawfully.
04 / DataLocal data and backups
Business data is stored locally by default. You may create backups using the App's export function and should verify that the export scope and storage location are secure. Uninstalling the App, system cleanup, device failure, restoring the initial state, or clearing data may cause irreversible data loss.

05 / BrandingIntellectual property and independence
Rights in the App's code, interface, text, and assets belong to their respective owners. Third-party open-source components are used under their applicable licenses.
百宝箱DeskHarbor is an independent productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, partnered with, authorized by, or endorsed by DeepSeek, and it is not an official version of DeepSeek Harness. The App does not use DeepSeek's official logo or other brand assets likely to cause confusion about its source.
06 / LimitationsService nature and disclaimers
The local simulation engine produces assistive results from predefined rules. Results may contain errors, omissions, or content unsuitable for a particular situation. Verify results before using, publishing, or acting on them. Do not rely on them as medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk professional conclusions.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable beyond legally required limits for data loss caused by device failure, system restrictions, insufficient storage, user error, or failure to create timely backups. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
07 / ChangesChanges and termination
If services or applicable rules materially change, we will update the agreement version and effective date and request renewed acceptance when necessary. You may decline an update and stop using the App. You may also delete your data and uninstall the App at any time.
If you seriously violate applicable law or this agreement, we may limit or terminate relevant services where legally permitted. Because the current service is fully offline, such measures would generally be implemented through an update or withdrawal of future support.
08 / LawGoverning law and disputes
The formation, performance, and interpretation of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution to any dispute. If that fails, either party may bring a claim before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
