穴位图鉴隐私政策

穴位图鉴是一款运行在 HarmonyOS 上的穴位与经络图解学习应用。当前 1.0.0 版本不申请任何系统权限，不具备联网能力，不接入广告、统计、账号、支付或任何第三方 SDK，不收集、不上传任何个人信息。所有图解数据和应用内数据均保存在设备本地。

三、权限使用说明

当前版本不申请任何系统权限，包括但不限于网络、定位、通讯录、相机、麦克风、相册、存储读写等权限。应用所需的全部穴位、经络图解数据均内置在应用安装包中，安装后即可完全离线使用。

四、第三方服务与数据共享

当前版本不接入第三方 SDK、广告服务、统计服务、账号服务、支付服务或云同步服务，不具备联网能力，因此不会向任何第三方传输或共享个人信息。

五、儿童与监护人

本应用提供穴位与经络图解的学习参考内容，不要求注册账号，不主动收集儿童个人信息。建议未成年人在家长或监护人指导下使用本应用；家长或监护人可以通过系统设置清空应用数据或卸载应用，来管理设备本地数据。

六、数据查看、更正、删除与导出

查看：用户可在应用内查看收藏的穴位内容和应用设置。
更正：用户可在应用内调整设置、添加或移除收藏内容。
删除：用户可在应用内移除收藏内容，也可通过系统设置（应用管理）清空应用数据或卸载应用删除全部本地数据。
导出与导入：应用提供本地数据备份功能，用户可在「设置」中将收藏、笔记与浏览历史导出为 JSON 备份文件，或从本地备份文件导入以恢复或合并数据。导出与导入均通过系统文件选择器完成，需用户手动确认，数据仅在本机与用户指定的本地文件之间传输，不经网络传输，也不会上传至任何服务器。

七、政策变更

如后续版本新增账号、云同步、统计、广告、支付、第三方 SDK、联网能力或新的系统权限，我们会在上线前更新本政策，并在应用或应用市场页面中说明服务名称、用途和数据处理范围。更新后的政策会通过本页面或应用内入口展示。

3. Permission Use

This version does not request any system permission, including but not limited to network, location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, and storage access. All acupoint and meridian diagram data are embedded in the app package, and the app works fully offline after installation.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

This version does not integrate third-party SDKs, advertising, analytics, account, payment, or cloud sync services, and has no network capability. Therefore, it does not transmit or share any personal information with third parties.

5. Children and Guardians

The app provides acupoint and meridian learning reference content. It does not require account registration and does not actively collect children's personal information. Minors are advised to use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian, who may manage local device data by clearing app data in system settings or uninstalling the app.

6. Access, Correction, Deletion, and Export

Access: users can view favorite acupoint content and app settings in the app.
Correction: users can adjust settings and add or remove favorites in the app.
Deletion: users can remove favorites in the app, or delete all local data by clearing app data (via App Management in system settings) or uninstalling the app.
Export and import: the app provides a local backup feature. Users can export favorites, notes, and browsing history as a JSON backup file from Settings, or import a local backup file to restore or merge data. Export and import are completed through the system file picker with the user's manual confirmation; data is transferred only between the device and the user-selected local file, never over the network, and is never uploaded to any server.

7. Policy Updates

If a later version adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, payment, third-party SDKs, network capability, or new system permissions, this policy will be updated before release, and the service name, purpose, and data scope will be described in the app or app store listing. The updated policy will be available on this page or through the in-app entry.
