Skill技能训练 隐私政策
Skill技能训练（以下简称“Skill”或“本应用”）是一款本地优先的技能训练计划应用，用于帮助用户创建技能目标、完成起点诊断、生成练习计划、记录每日练习、进行阶段复盘并查看成长档案。本政策说明本应用如何处理和保护用户信息。
一、我们如何收集和使用信息
Skill v1.0.0 不提供账号注册或登录功能，不接入云同步服务，不接入第三方统计、广告或分析 SDK，也不会主动向开发者服务器上传用户数据。

二、权限使用说明
Skill v1.0.0 不申请定位、相机、麦克风、通讯录、日历、相册、文件管理、通知、蓝牙、传感器或其他特殊系统权限。如后续版本新增需要系统权限的功能，我们会在功能上线前更新本政策，并在应用内说明权限用途、使用场景和拒绝后的影响。
三、本地存储、导出与删除
- 本地存储：本应用会把技能档案、练习任务、练习备注、复盘记录和成长统计所需数据保存在用户设备本地。
- 数据导出：用户可在应用的数据管理入口导出 Skill 备份 JSON 文本，并自行保存或转移。
- 数据恢复：用户可将此前导出的 Skill 备份 JSON 文本粘贴回应用，以恢复本地数据。
- 数据删除：用户可在应用内删除单个技能；也可通过系统设置清除应用数据或卸载应用来删除本地数据。
四、我们如何保护信息
Skill 采用本地优先存储策略。v1.0.0 不会把用户的技能计划、练习备注、复盘内容或备份 JSON 上传至开发者服务器。请妥善保管您自行复制、分享或保存的备份 JSON 文本，避免将其中的个人学习目标、备注或复盘内容泄露给无关第三方。
五、第三方服务和数据共享
Skill v1.0.0 不接入第三方账号登录、广告、统计分析、云存储、推送通知或支付服务，也不会主动向第三方共享用户在应用内填写的技能目标、练习记录、复盘内容或备份数据。依法配合司法、行政或监管机关要求，或为维护用户、开发者及公众合法权益所必需的情形除外。
六、未成年人保护
Skill 面向具备自主学习和职业技能提升需求的用户。未成年人使用本应用时，应在监护人指导下理解本政策，并谨慎填写个人学习目标、备注或复盘内容。
七、用户权利
用户可在应用内查看、更正、导出、恢复或删除本地数据；也可通过系统设置清除应用数据或卸载应用。如对个人信息处理方式有疑问、建议或投诉，可发送邮件至 tomkuku588@gmail.com 联系开发者。
八、政策更新
如 Skill 后续新增账号、网络服务、云同步、通知、第三方 SDK、权限申请或其他会影响个人信息处理方式的功能，我们会更新本政策，并在应用内或应用市场页面以适当方式提示用户。若您继续使用更新后的 Skill，即表示您已了解更新后的政策内容。

Skill Training Privacy Policy
Skill Training (“Skill” or “the App”) is a local-first skill training planner. It helps users create skill goals, complete starting-point diagnostics, generate practice plans, record daily practice, run stage reviews, and view growth archives. This policy explains how the App handles and protects user information.
1. Information We Collect and Use
Skill v1.0.0 does not provide account registration or login, does not connect to cloud synchronization services, does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or analysis SDKs, and does not actively upload user data to developer servers.

2. Permission Usage
Skill v1.0.0 does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, photos, file management, notifications, Bluetooth, sensors, or other special system permissions. If a later version adds features that require system permissions, we will update this policy before release and explain the purpose, usage scenario, and impact of refusal inside the App.
3. Local Storage, Export, and Deletion
- Local storage: the App stores skill archives, practice tasks, practice notes, review records, and growth statistics data on the user’s device.
- Data export: users may export Skill backup JSON text through the App’s data management entry and save or transfer it themselves.
- Data restore: users may paste previously exported Skill backup JSON text back into the App to restore local data.
- Data deletion: users may delete individual skills in the App, clear app data through system settings, or uninstall the App to remove local data.
4. How We Protect Information
Skill uses a local-first storage strategy. v1.0.0 does not upload users’ skill plans, practice notes, review content, or backup JSON to developer servers. Please protect backup JSON text that you copy, share, or save, because it may contain personal learning goals, notes, or review content.
5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
Skill v1.0.0 does not integrate third-party account login, advertising, analytics, cloud storage, push notifications, or payment services, and does not actively share users’ skill goals, practice records, review content, or backup data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to protect the lawful rights of users, the developer, or the public.
6. Protection of Minors
Skill is intended for users who have self-directed learning or professional skill improvement needs. Minors should use the App under guardian guidance and should carefully consider any personal learning goals, notes, or review content they enter.
7. User Rights
Users can view, correct, export, restore, or delete local data inside the App, and may also clear app data through system settings or uninstall the App. For questions, suggestions, or complaints about personal information handling, contact the developer at tomkuku588@gmail.com.
8. Policy Updates
If Skill later adds accounts, network services, cloud sync, notifications, third-party SDKs, permission requests, or other features that affect personal information handling, we will update this policy and notify users in the App or app marketplace page as appropriate. Continued use of Skill after an update means you understand the updated policy.
