Skill技能训练 用户协议
欢迎使用 Skill技能训练（以下简称“Skill”或“本应用”）。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读并理解本协议。您安装、打开或继续使用 Skill，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本协议。
一、服务内容
Skill 是一款本地优先的技能训练计划应用，当前版本提供以下功能：
- 创建技能目标和技能档案；
- 完成起点诊断，记录当前水平、目标场景和投入频率；
- 基于本地规则生成 7 天、14 天或 30 天训练计划；
- 推进每日练习，记录任务状态、练习耗时和练习备注；
- 进行阶段复盘，保存复盘摘要和完成率快照；
- 调整计划，包括延期、跳过、提前、断点续练和待复盘提醒；
- 查看成长档案、阶段地图、训练健康卡、练习成果库、行动队列和训练日历；
- 在本地导出和恢复 Skill 备份 JSON。
Skill v1.0.0 不提供账号注册、云同步、课程内容库、在线教学、通知推送、社交发布、付费交易或第三方服务。
二、使用规则
您在使用 Skill 时应遵守法律法规和本协议，并对自己在应用内填写、保存、复制、导出或分享的内容负责。您不得利用 Skill 从事以下行为：
- 违反法律法规、监管要求或公序良俗的行为；
- 破坏、干扰、逆向破解或绕过应用正常功能的行为；
- 通过备份 JSON 导入明显异常、恶意构造或可能破坏应用稳定性的数据；
- 使用应用保存、传播或分享侵犯他人合法权益的内容；
- 其他可能损害用户、开发者或第三方合法权益的行为。
三、本地数据和备份责任
Skill v1.0.0 采用本地优先存储，用户数据主要保存在当前设备本地。请您理解：
- 卸载应用、清除应用数据、更换设备、系统异常或设备损坏可能导致本地数据丢失；
- 您可以通过数据管理入口导出 Skill 备份 JSON，并自行妥善保存；
- 备份 JSON 可能包含您的技能目标、练习备注、复盘内容和成长记录，请勿随意公开分享；
- 您从外部导入备份 JSON 前，应确认来源可信，并自行承担导入不可信数据带来的风险；
- Skill 不承诺为用户保存远端副本，也不承诺能够恢复未备份或已被系统清除的数据。
四、功能限制
Skill 提供的是计划生成、练习管理、复盘记录和成长沉淀工具，不构成职业培训、考试承诺、职业资格承诺、医疗建议、心理咨询或其他专业服务承诺。应用内生成的训练计划基于本地规则和用户输入信息，仅供自我管理和练习安排参考。
五、知识产权
Skill 的应用名称、界面设计、功能流程、代码、图标、文案和其他由开发者提供的内容，依法由开发者或相关权利人享有相应权益。用户在应用内自行填写的技能目标、练习备注、复盘内容和成果记录仍归用户本人所有，但用户应保证其填写或导入的内容不侵犯他人合法权益。
六、免责和责任限制
在法律允许范围内，因以下原因导致的数据丢失、使用中断、功能异常或其他损失，开发者不承担超出法律规定范围的责任：
- 用户误操作、主动删除、清空应用数据或卸载应用；
- 用户未及时导出或妥善保存备份 JSON；
- 用户导入错误、损坏或来源不可信的备份 JSON；
- 设备故障、系统升级、系统权限变化或运行环境异常；
- 不可抗力、法律法规变化或平台政策调整；
- 非 Skill 当前版本承诺范围内的第三方服务、外部课程、学习资源或平台行为。
七、协议变更
如 Skill 后续新增账号、云同步、网络服务、通知、第三方 SDK、付费能力、课程内容或其他重要功能，开发者可能会根据功能变化更新本协议和相关合规材料。更新后的协议将在应用内、应用市场页面或其他适当位置展示。若您不同意更新内容，可停止使用相关功能或卸载应用；若您继续使用 Skill，即表示您已了解并同意更新后的协议。
八、终止使用
您可以随时停止使用 Skill，并通过系统设置清除应用数据或卸载应用。若您违反本协议或法律法规，开发者有权在法律允许范围内采取必要措施，以维护应用安全和合法权益。

Skill Training User Agreement
Welcome to Skill Training (“Skill” or “the App”). Please read and understand this Agreement before using the App. By installing, opening, or continuing to use Skill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
1. Service Scope
Skill is a local-first skill training planner. The current version provides the following functions:
- Create skill goals and skill archives;
- Complete starting-point diagnostics and record current level, target scenarios, and practice frequency;
- Generate 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day training plans based on local rules;
- Advance daily practice and record task status, time spent, and practice notes;
- Conduct stage reviews and save review summaries and completion snapshots;
- Adjust plans, including postponing, skipping, moving tasks earlier, continuing from breakpoints, and managing pending reviews;
- View growth archives, stage maps, training health cards, practice achievements, action queues, and training calendars;
- Export and restore Skill backup JSON locally.
Skill v1.0.0 does not provide account registration, cloud synchronization, course libraries, online instruction, push notifications, social publishing, paid transactions, or third-party services.
2. Usage Rules
When using Skill, you must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement, and you are responsible for content that you enter, save, copy, export, or share in the App. You must not use Skill to:
- Engage in conduct that violates laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or public order and good morals;
- Damage, interfere with, reverse engineer, crack, or bypass normal App functions;
- Import obviously abnormal, maliciously constructed, or stability-breaking data through backup JSON;
- Save, distribute, or share content that infringes the lawful rights of others;
- Engage in other conduct that may harm users, the developer, or lawful rights of third parties.
3. Local Data and Backup Responsibility
Skill v1.0.0 uses local-first storage, and user data is mainly stored on the current device. Please understand that:
- Uninstalling the App, clearing app data, changing devices, system errors, or device damage may cause local data loss;
- You may export Skill backup JSON through the data management entry and save it properly yourself;
- Backup JSON may contain skill goals, practice notes, review content, and growth records, so do not share it publicly without care;
- Before importing backup JSON from outside sources, you should confirm that the source is trustworthy and bear the risk of importing untrusted data;
- Skill does not promise to keep remote copies for users and does not promise recovery of data that was not backed up or has been cleared by the system.
4. Functional Limitations
Skill provides tools for plan generation, practice management, review records, and growth reflection. It does not constitute professional training, exam guarantees, professional qualification promises, medical advice, psychological counseling, or any other professional service commitment. Training plans generated in the App are based on local rules and user input and are for self-management and practice planning reference only.
5. Intellectual Property
The App name, interface design, feature flows, code, icons, copy, and other content provided by the developer are protected by applicable rights owned by the developer or relevant rights holders. Skill goals, practice notes, review content, and achievement records entered by users remain owned by the users themselves, but users must ensure that content they enter or import does not infringe the lawful rights of others.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer will not bear liability beyond the scope required by law for data loss, interruption, feature abnormality, or other losses caused by:
- User mistakes, voluntary deletion, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App;
- Failure to export or properly save backup JSON in time;
- Importing incorrect, damaged, or untrusted backup JSON;
- Device failures, system upgrades, system permission changes, or abnormal runtime environments;
- Force majeure, changes in laws and regulations, or platform policy adjustments;
- Third-party services, external courses, learning resources, or platform behavior outside the current scope promised by Skill.
7. Agreement Changes
If Skill later adds accounts, cloud sync, network services, notifications, third-party SDKs, paid capabilities, course content, or other important features, the developer may update this Agreement and related compliance materials based on feature changes. The updated Agreement will be shown in the App, on the app marketplace page, or in another appropriate location. If you do not agree to the updates, you may stop using the relevant features or uninstall the App. Continued use of Skill means you understand and agree to the updated Agreement.
8. Termination of Use
You may stop using Skill at any time and may clear app data through system settings or uninstall the App. If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, the developer has the right to take necessary measures within the scope permitted by law to protect App security and lawful rights.
