本隐私政策适用于 AI编程学习伴侣应用及其面向用户展示的法律文件页面。AI编程学习伴侣的个人信息处理者为 AI编程学习伴侣开发者。你可以通过 tomkuku588@gmail.com 联系我们。
本政策不适用于第三方网站、服务或平台。若应用内提供跳转至第三方页面的链接，相关页面的数据处理规则由第三方另行负责。
二、我们处理的信息
我们坚持合法、正当、必要和最小化原则。当前版本不要求你创建账号，也不主动收集真实姓名、身份证件、手机号、通讯录、精确位置、相册、音视频、支付信息或设备唯一标识等与核心功能无关的信息。

三、权限使用说明
当前版本不主动申请相机、麦克风、通讯录、精确定位、日历、短信、通话记录、相册或后台定位等敏感系统权限。应用使用系统允许的本地存储能力保存设置和学习状态，通常不需要运行时授权。
如果后续版本新增导入导出、通知提醒、云同步、AI 服务调用或其他需要权限的功能，我们会在功能触发前说明用途、范围、拒绝后的影响，并在必要时请求你的授权。
四、第三方共享、SDK 与委托处理
当前版本不接入第三方登录、广告、统计分析、推送、支付、云存储或远程模型服务 SDK，也不会向第三方出售、出租或非法共享你的个人信息。
若未来为了实现特定功能需要接入第三方服务，我们会在本政策中列明第三方名称、处理目的、数据类型、隐私政策链接以及退出方式，并在依法需要时取得你的单独同意。
五、本地数据与安全
AI编程学习伴侣尽量将使用数据保存在你的设备本地。请妥善保管设备、系统账号和解锁凭证。设备丢失、系统清理、卸载应用或第三方工具清理可能导致本地数据不可恢复。
我们会采取与当前功能相匹配的安全措施，减少无关数据处理。若发生可能影响个人信息安全的事件，我们会结合事件影响范围，通过应用内提示、版本说明、应用市场页面或本政策列明的联系方式提供必要说明。
六、你的权利
- 你可以在应用内查看、修改或删除本地保存的设置、收藏、笔记和学习状态。
- 你可以通过清除应用数据或卸载应用撤回对本政策和用户协议的确认状态；再次启动时应用可能重新展示合规确认。
- 你可以通过邮箱要求查询、更正、删除、复制或说明我们因邮件沟通而保存的个人信息。
- 我们收到请求后会尽快核验并处理，通常不超过 15 个工作日；法律法规另有规定的除外。
七、未成年人保护
AI编程学习伴侣不专门面向 14 周岁以下儿童。未成年人使用本应用时，应在监护人指导下阅读并确认本政策和用户协议。监护人认为未成年人不适合继续使用的，可引导其清除本地数据并卸载应用。
八、政策更新
我们可能基于功能调整、合规要求或运营需要更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内提示、版本说明、应用市场页面或本页面进行告知。更新后的政策自页面标注的生效日期起适用。

3. Permission Use
The current version does not actively request sensitive system permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, calendar, SMS, call logs, photo album, or background location. The app uses system-provided local storage to save settings and learning state, which normally does not require runtime permission.
If a later version adds import or export, notifications, cloud sync, AI service calls, or other permission-based features, we will explain the purpose, scope, and impact of refusal before the feature is used, and request authorization where required.
4. Third-Party Sharing, SDKs, and Entrusted Processing
The current version does not integrate third-party login, advertising, analytics, push notification, payment, cloud storage, or remote model service SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or unlawfully share your personal information with third parties.
If third-party services are needed for specific functions later, we will list the third party, processing purpose, data types, privacy policy link, and opt-out method in this policy, and obtain separate consent where required by law.
5. Local Data and Security
AI编程学习伴侣 aims to keep usage data on your device. Please keep your device, system account, and unlock credentials secure. Device loss, system cleanup, app uninstallation, or third-party cleanup tools may make local data unrecoverable.
We use security measures appropriate to the current functions and reduce unrelated data processing. If an incident may affect personal information security, we will provide necessary notice through in-app prompts, release notes, app store pages, or the contact channel listed in this policy.
6. Your Rights
- You may view, modify, or delete locally stored settings, favorites, notes, and learning state in the app.
- You may withdraw confirmation of this policy and the user agreement by clearing app data or uninstalling the app; the app may show the compliance prompt again on the next launch.
- You may email us to request access, correction, deletion, copying, or explanation of personal information stored because of email communication.
- We will verify and process requests as soon as possible, usually within 15 working days unless laws or regulations provide otherwise.
7. Minors
AI编程学习伴侣 is not specifically directed to children under the age of 14. Minors should read and confirm this policy and the user agreement under guardian guidance. If a guardian believes continued use is inappropriate, the guardian may guide the minor to clear local data and uninstall the app.
