一、协议接受
当你下载、安装、启动、访问或使用 AI编程学习伴侣时，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本协议和《AI编程学习伴侣 隐私政策》。如果你不同意任何条款，请不要继续使用本应用。
如你为未成年人，应在监护人指导下阅读和使用本应用。监护人应对未成年人的使用行为进行合理监督。
二、服务内容
AI编程学习伴侣是一款面向学习、整理和提升效率的应用。当前版本可能包括内容阅读、学习记录、收藏、笔记、设置保存、合规信息展示等本地功能。具体功能以你实际安装的版本为准。
我们可能根据产品规划、合规要求、系统兼容性或运营情况调整、暂停或终止部分功能，并会在合理范围内通过应用内提示、版本说明、应用市场页面或本页面进行说明。
三、账号与本地数据
当前版本不提供账号注册、登录、云同步或支付服务。应用产生的设置、收藏、笔记或学习状态通常保存在你的设备本地。
你应自行保管设备和重要数据。卸载应用、清除应用数据、系统异常、设备故障或第三方清理工具可能导致本地数据丢失。
四、用户行为规范
- 不得利用本应用从事违法违规、侵害他人合法权益或扰乱正常服务秩序的行为。
- 不得反向工程、破解、绕过、攻击、干扰或破坏本应用的功能、安全机制或数据结构。
- 不得以自动化、批量化或异常高频方式影响应用稳定性或他人正常使用。
- 不得上传、记录、传播或处理侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权、名誉权或其他合法权益的内容。
- 不得删除、遮盖或篡改应用内展示的来源、授权、版权或免责声明。
五、内容与知识产权
AI编程学习伴侣中由开发者提供的界面、排版、文本、图标、代码结构和功能设计，受相关法律保护。未经授权，任何人不得复制、分发、改编、出租、出售或用于商业用途，法律法规或开源许可证另有规定的除外。
如果应用中包含第三方或开源内容，我们会尽合理努力保留来源、作者、许可证和必要说明。相关内容的权利归原权利人所有，使用方式应遵守对应许可证或授权条款。
你在本地输入的笔记、设置或其他内容归你或相关权利人所有。你应确保自己有权保存和使用这些内容，并自行承担由此产生的责任。
六、隐私与个人信息保护
我们如何处理个人信息、使用系统权限、保存本地数据、接入第三方服务以及响应用户权利请求，以《AI编程学习伴侣 隐私政策》为准。若本协议与隐私政策在个人信息保护事项上不一致，以隐私政策为准。
七、服务变更、中断与终止
我们可能因功能调整、系统维护、内容授权变化、合规要求、不可抗力或其他合理原因变更、中断或终止部分服务。我们会尽量减少对用户的影响，但不承诺服务始终不间断、无错误或适用于所有设备环境。
八、免责声明与责任限制

十、法律适用与争议解决
本协议的订立、履行、解释和争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议或应用服务产生争议的，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or using AI编程学习伴侣, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and the AI编程学习伴侣 Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any term, please do not continue using the app.
If you are a minor, you should read and use the app under guardian guidance. Guardians should reasonably supervise minors' use.
2. Services
AI编程学习伴侣 is an app for learning, organizing, and improving productivity. The current version may include local features such as content reading, learning records, favorites, notes, settings storage, and compliance information. Actual features depend on the version installed on your device.
We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue some features based on product planning, compliance requirements, system compatibility, or operations, and will provide reasonable notice through in-app prompts, release notes, app store pages, or this page.
3. Accounts and Local Data

Without authorization, no one may copy, distribute, adapt, rent, sell, or use them commercially, except as permitted by laws, regulations, or open-source licenses.

9. Agreement Updates

Material changes will be communicated through in-app prompts, release notes, app store pages, or this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Agreement; if you disagree, please stop using the app.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement or app services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court with jurisdiction.
