万事 Agent 是一款离线本地计划管理应用，使用本地模板和规则帮助用户把学习、工作、生活、出行等目标拆分为阶段、任务、今日执行和复盘记录。当前版本不提供账号登录、云同步、联网聊天、云端模型推理、广告、支付或第三方统计分析能力。
WanShi Agent is an offline local planning app. It uses local templates and rules to help users break goals for study, work, life, travel, and similar scenarios into stages, tasks, daily actions, and review records. The current version does not provide account login, cloud sync, online chat, cloud model inference, ads, payment, or third-party analytics.
本地优先说明 Local-first notice
应用内的计划、任务、模板、复盘和设置默认保存在用户设备本地。当前版本未声明网络权限，不主动向服务器上传计划内容。 Plans, tasks, templates, reviews, and settings are stored locally on the user's device by default. The current version does not declare network permission and does not actively upload planning content to a server.

二、我们不收集或不主动使用的信息 2. Information We Do Not Collect or Actively Use
- 当前版本不要求注册、登录或提供真实姓名、手机号、身份证号、通讯录、精确位置、照片、麦克风、相机、日历等信息。 The current version does not require registration, login, real name, phone number, identity number, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, or similar information.
- 当前版本不接入广告 SDK、统计 SDK、云端大模型 API、账号系统或支付能力。 The current version does not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, cloud model APIs, account systems, or payment capabilities.
- 当前版本不声明网络权限，不主动向外部服务器传输计划内容、复盘内容或导出文件。 The current version does not declare network permission and does not actively transmit plans, reviews, or exported files to external servers.
三、权限说明 3. Permission Notice
当前版本仅在用户主动开启计划提醒时使用系统通知能力。通知仅用于提醒用户推进今日任务，不用于广告、营销或无关推送。用户可以拒绝或关闭通知权限；拒绝后计划创建、执行、复盘、模板和本地导出仍可使用。 The current version uses system notifications only when the user actively enables plan reminders. Notifications are used only to remind users to work on daily tasks, not for advertising, marketing, or unrelated messages. Users may deny or disable notification permission; plan creation, execution, review, templates, and local export remain available.
四、信息共享、转让与公开披露 4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
当前版本不主动将应用内计划数据共享给第三方，也不出售、出租或转让用户数据。以下情况除外： The current version does not actively share in-app planning data with third parties and does not sell, rent, or transfer user data, except in the following cases:
- 用户主动导出、复制、分享或转存备份文件； The user actively exports, copies, shares, or transfers backup files.
- 依据法律法规、行政或司法机关依法提出的要求； Disclosure is required by applicable laws, regulations, administrative authorities, or judicial authorities.
- 为保护用户、开发者或他人的合法权益且符合法律要求的必要情形。 Disclosure is necessary to protect the lawful rights and interests of users, the developer, or others, and is permitted by law.
五、信息保存与删除 5. Retention and Deletion
- 应用内计划、任务、模板、复盘和设置会保存在本机，直到用户在应用内清空数据、卸载应用、清除系统应用数据，或设备系统执行相应清理操作。 Plans, tasks, templates, reviews, and settings are retained locally until the user clears data in the app, uninstalls the app, clears system app data, or the device system performs cleanup.
- 导出的 JSON 备份文件由用户自行保管。用户可在设备文件管理或应用私有目录中删除导出文件。 Exported JSON backup files are managed by the user. Users may delete exported files through the device file manager or the app's private directory.
- 清空数据是不可逆操作，请在执行前确认已经备份重要内容。 Clearing data is irreversible. Please confirm that important content has been backed up before proceeding.
六、用户权利 6. User Rights
用户可以在应用内查看、修改、删除计划和模板内容；可以关闭通知提醒；可以导出本地备份；可以通过清空数据删除本机记录。若对隐私处理有疑问，可通过本政策列明的邮箱联系我们。 Users can view, modify, and delete plans and templates in the app; disable notifications; export local backups; and delete local records by clearing data. Users may contact us at the email address listed in this policy with privacy questions.
七、未成年人保护 7. Protection of Minors
万事 Agent 不是专门面向未成年人的应用。若未成年人使用本应用，应在监护人指导下使用，并避免输入敏感身份信息、联系方式、学校班级等不必要的个人信息。 WanShi Agent is not specifically directed to minors. Minors should use the app under guardian guidance and avoid entering unnecessary personal information such as sensitive identity details, contact information, school, or class information.
八、GitHub Pages 托管说明 8. GitHub Pages Hosting Notice
本隐私政策页面可能通过 GitHub Pages 等静态网站服务公开访问。用户访问该网页时，页面托管方可能基于其服务运行需要处理访问日志等网络信息；这不代表万事 Agent 应用本身会联网或上传应用内计划数据。 This privacy policy may be publicly hosted through a static website service such as GitHub Pages. When users visit this webpage, the hosting provider may process network information such as access logs for service operation. This does not mean the WanShi Agent app itself connects to the internet or uploads in-app planning data.
九、政策更新 9. Policy Updates
如果后续版本新增账号、联网、云同步、第三方 SDK、支付、广告、数据分析或其他会影响个人信息处理方式的能力，我们会在更新版本中同步更新本政策，并在应用内或上架页面提供可访问的最新版本。 If future versions add accounts, networking, cloud sync, third-party SDKs, payment, ads, analytics, or other features that affect personal information processing, we will update this policy and provide the latest accessible version in the app or app-store listing.
