万事 Agent 用户协议 WanShi Agent User Agreement

欢迎使用万事 Agent。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读本协议。用户安装、启动、点击同意或继续使用本应用，即表示已经阅读并同意本协议；若不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。

Welcome to WanShi Agent. Please read this agreement carefully before using the app. By installing, launching, tapping agree, or continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

一、服务内容 1. Service Scope

万事 Agent 是一款离线本地计划管理工具，提供目标输入、本地模板匹配、计划生成、任务执行、延期记录、复盘归档、自定义模板、通知提醒和本地数据导出等功能。 WanShi Agent is an offline local planning tool that provides goal entry, local template matching, plan generation, task execution, delay records, review archives, custom templates, notifications, and local data export.

当前版本不提供联网聊天、云端大模型推理、账号登录、云同步、自动执行外部任务、支付、广告或第三方统计分析服务。 The current version does not provide online chat, cloud model inference, account login, cloud sync, automatic execution of external tasks, payment, ads, or third-party analytics.

二、使用边界 2. Use Boundaries

• 应用生成的计划、任务和提醒仅作为个人效率管理参考，不构成法律、医疗、金融、教育考试、职业资格或其他专业意见。 Plans, tasks, and reminders generated by the app are for personal productivity reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, educational, professional qualification, or other professional advice.
• 用户应根据自身情况判断计划可行性，并自行承担实际执行、调整、取消或延期产生的后果。 Users should judge plan feasibility based on their own circumstances and are responsible for the consequences of execution, adjustment, cancellation, or delay.
• 用户不应在应用中记录违法、侵权、骚扰、诈骗、危害公共安全或明显不适合保存在本机的敏感内容。 Users must not record illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, public-safety-threatening, or obviously inappropriate sensitive content in the app.

三、本地数据与备份 3. Local Data and Backups

用户在应用内创建的目标、计划、任务、模板和复盘内容默认保存在本机。用户可以主动导出 JSON 备份，也可以在应用内清空本地数据。请妥善保管设备和导出文件，避免因误删、卸载、设备丢失、系统清理或其他原因造成数据丢失。 Goals, plans, tasks, templates, and reviews created in the app are stored locally by default. Users may actively export JSON backups or clear local data in the app. Please keep your device and exported files safe to avoid data loss caused by deletion, uninstalling, device loss, system cleanup, or other reasons.

四、通知提醒 4. Notifications

本应用仅在用户主动开启提醒时申请和使用系统通知能力。通知用于提示用户推进计划，不用于广告或无关营销。用户可以拒绝或关闭通知权限；拒绝后仍可使用计划创建、任务执行、复盘、模板和导出功能。 The app requests and uses system notification capability only when the user actively enables reminders. Notifications are used to help users progress on plans, not for advertising or unrelated marketing. Users may deny or disable notification permission; plan creation, task execution, reviews, templates, and export remain available.

五、费用说明 5. Fees

当前版本为免费应用。若未来版本新增付费功能、订阅、内购或其他收费内容，我们会在相应功能页面或上架信息中明确说明收费规则，并遵守适用平台规则。 The current version is free. If future versions add paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid content, the charging rules will be clearly stated in the relevant feature page or app-store listing and will comply with applicable platform rules.

六、知识产权 6. Intellectual Property

应用名称、界面设计、内置模板、文案、图标、代码和相关材料的知识产权归开发者或合法权利人所有。用户不得未经授权复制、反向工程、篡改、分发或用于侵权用途。用户自行输入的计划内容归用户所有。 The app name, interface design, built-in templates, copy, icons, code, and related materials are owned by the developer or lawful rights holders. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or use them for infringing purposes without authorization. Planning content entered by users belongs to the users.

七、服务变更、中止与终止 7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

开发者可基于产品迭代、合规、安全或运营需要对应用功能进行调整。若应用停止维护或停止分发，已安装用户的本地数据仍由用户设备保存和控制；用户可自行导出或删除本地数据。 The developer may adjust app features for product iteration, compliance, security, or operational needs. If the app stops being maintained or distributed, local data on installed devices remains stored and controlled by the user's device. Users may export or delete local data themselves.

八、免责声明 8. Disclaimer

在法律允许范围内，开发者不对因用户自身输入、计划执行、设备故障、系统限制、权限拒绝、误删数据、未及时备份、第三方平台变化或不可抗力导致的损失承担超出法律规定的责任。若法律法规另有强制规定，则以强制规定为准。 To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable beyond legally required responsibilities for losses caused by user input, plan execution, device failure, system limitations, denied permissions, accidental deletion, failure to back up, third-party platform changes, or force majeure. Mandatory legal requirements prevail where applicable.

九、未成年人使用 9. Use by Minors

未成年人应在监护人指导下使用本应用。监护人应帮助未成年人理解计划内容、合理安排时间，并避免输入不必要的个人敏感信息。 Minors should use the app under guardian guidance. Guardians should help minors understand plan content, arrange time reasonably, and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information.

十、协议更新 10. Agreement Updates

如果后续版本新增账号、联网、云同步、第三方 SDK、付费、广告或其他重大功能变化，我们会根据实际情况更新本协议，并在应用内或上架页面提供最新版本。 If future versions add accounts, networking, cloud sync, third-party SDKs, paid features, ads, or other major feature changes, we will update this agreement as appropriate and provide the latest version in the app or app-store listing.
